Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Sophie kept me updated throughout the whole process, going above and beyond during a very stressful time.

My dealings were with Ashley who I cannot fault. She kept me up to date on everything that was going on....and returned all my phone calls immediately. When she was on holiday, the staff at Keybanks were just as helpful.
HOWEVER....I am told that this is standard practice with Estate Agents...in so much that a SOLD sign goes up as soon as an offer is accepted.
Because of this, no other people were taken around the house...they probably bought one elsewhere. Some 3 to 4 months later the supposed buyer let us down at the 11th hour....no sale....no other prospective buyers. The house had to be sold at auction to get a quick sale.

Ashley made everything run so smoothly, nothing was to much trouble for her.
She is certainly a asset to Keybanks.

Sophie was really friendly kept me informed always got back to me if she wasn't available when I called. Made me feel at ease with everything as my sale wasn't straight forward.

Keybanks team was very professional throughout the house sale process. They did and deliver what they say . My first contact was with Ashley Malone who was very professional and helpful . She made the process of house sale very easy for me especially when I live 75 miles away . My property was agreed for sale in second week of signing the contract . Ashley kept me aware of every step in the process and in fact liaised with all the parties involved . All in all they did good job and I recommend them to every one for business.

Sophie was brilliant throughout the whole process, she always kept us informed and up to date with everything that was going on. She did her best to push the sale through as quickly as possible for us, contacting both solicitors regularly to facilitate this.
