I was under the impression that all my…

I was under the impression that all my keys that were lost could be replaced.
Keycare could only replace half of them.
Please read the terms and conditions before taking out cover.
Overall experience was not what I expected, as my car keys were booked to be replaced, but no one turned up, and it took 3 weeks to do. I feel the staff do not have enough knowledge about the products. I would not use them again.

Thanks for your feedback re claim 670283. Your claim was settled at £818.18 which included all the keys for your registered address. Unfortunately you cannot claim for keys registered to other addresses under one policy. You need separate policies if you own more than one property. We are sorry that you remain unhappy and have already provided a formal response to your complaint.

The reps who dealt with me were upfront…

The reps who dealt with me were upfront and caring. They could not have been more helpful.
The only thing that could be improved is for the AA should carry a key fob that could program all the buttons on it.

Very quick and efficient service

Very quick and efficient service. Although I need to source the car key myself, they re-imbursed me for the cost within a couple of days. Would definiately recommend.

Without doubt a 5 star company

My claim went smoothly. I initially paid for the replacement key and Keycare had to repeatedly had to remind me to claim my payment back, how refreshing is that! 5 star company
