Excellent service. Well worth the money.

I lost my car key. Fortunately I had a spare but Keycare arranged for me to have another one. The electrical engineer who came to program the new key was professional and knowledgeable and determined. There were a few issues because of the age of my car but he didn’t give up and on the end I got my new replacement key at no cost. Excellent service

Losing your car keys is so stressful and i can't believe a trusted brand like the AA quoted over double for the same service as the local locksmith at a time when you're in a state of panic etc...

I made the mistake of paying cash but fair play to keycare for taking the time to talk with the locksmith on the invoice and pay in full. Thanks

Got it through AA but Refuse to do a…

Got it through AA but Refuse to do a claim when the car key doesnt work clearly and it has been confirmed from a garage.Each operator say different story over the phone and clearly none of then care ,couldnt get the claim i needed

Very poor 😢 have not got the proper key that came with my car they given my a after market one witch is given my loads of problems saying key not with me go to hand book dint have any problems before I lost my keys

Easy claims process knowledgeable team…

Easy claims process knowledgeable team and claim resolved very fast! I was even prompted to submit details after there was a few delays - all so key care could settle the claim as promptly as possible! Good knowing I’ve got the cover on my side working for me absolutely no hassle at all, one call both car and house keys sorted! Top service, top team, top cover!
