It was a scam website such a shame they have/ had several scam websites and have been so over the years. Two men. Mr Ben b and mr Alex r.

SCAMMERS do not use or trust them, they give false information. Thankfully I paid using my credit card so managed to get my money back.

Scam site. Paid for item, delivery continued to state in transit. Contacted the company going back and forth with them stating it was on the way. After almost 3 months and requesting refund they blocked my email and any emails I tried to send kept being undeliverable. Do not purchase

The company has been dissolved and is still taking orders and not fulfilling them. This is illegal.

I placed an order on 3rd July and paid £60 for the product. It has now been three months, and I have received absolutely nothing.
İnitially, the company contacted me about a late delivery, which was already frustrating.
However since that communication, there has been silence , and the product has still not been delivered.
This is completely unacceptable. To pay £60 and wait three months with no product and poor communication about the situation is a clear failer in service. I feel like my money has been taken without any intention of fulfilling the order.

Scam..Ordered soft play but never arrived. No response. HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS IS BEYOND ME.

Do not order from this website!! I made an order on the 28th of June this year and still didn’t receive my order! I was told I was getting a refund which I still haven’t received and it’s been more than a month since I was promised the refund! Awful customer service and delivery service!!! DO NOT ORDER

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They fobbed me off for three months saying the product was going to come which it didn’t. They then eventually agreed to give me a refund and didn’t send it. I’m three months down the line and now making a claim with the credit card company. They’re either incompetent or fraudulent or highly likely both! I would advise anybody not to order from this company ever! They are an absolute disgrace.

I ordered something 3 months ago and have yet to receive anything. I did get one email from them saying they would look into it but have heard nothing since and that was over a month ago. Now they are ignoring me. Utter scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company is disgusting and the only way I can describe it is stealing monies from people. Not delivering their goods and ignoring requests for refunds. I ordered a play gym on 7th July and have not received it and all contact in the last month has ceased since I asked for a refund. Rest assured I will be contacting this company until my refund is successful and if it is not I will be contacting trading standards and filing a police report for theft.

Can only think that this is a scam site. Sent numerous requests regarding my order. One response and none since. Assume that my order will never arrive. Unlikely to get a refund.

Absolutely shocking. Don't bother ordering anything from them. It's a scam!!!!
I've ordered playmat for my daughter, they've sent a wrong item. It happens, I get that. So I contacted them to sort a return/refund. I've been promised refund several times. Never received anything back.

Company is a scam. Ordered was always processing. Requested a refund. Awful customer service. Still haven’t got my refund. Don’t buy from here. A women Mary will reply and say of I’ll investigate this or I’ll get your refund but nothing happens

Terrible experience. Ordered soft play for my son’s 1st birthday. Ordered it 1st July. Was told it’s being sent out, was told they are searching for tracking details, was told I should receive it soon, then after 6 weeks of waiting I was told they don’t have the colour I wanted in stock, then they eventually sent me a list of their colours and none was the colours that was available on the website.
And the only person who responded to my email was a woman called Mary.
Never received my item, never received a refund after I requested it. After I noticed the colours that she emailed me wasn’t the colours for the product that was on their website and I told her this she stopped responding to me, asked for a refund and also no reply
It’s a scam company. I don’t know how their website is allowed to be active.

No order confirmation after payment and no item received.

After nearly 3 months of telling me they had posted, I was getting a refund I contacted my bank and they had set up a subscription!!!!! Also received a refund by contacting my bank.
Do not buy from this site!!!!

Ordered from here and never received it. My initial email was responded to claiming they would look into it. But have not heard anything since

We’ve been waiting over two months and still haven’t received anything. The company stopped replying to messages and ignored our refund request. We’re now forced to do a chargeback through the bank just to get our money back. Terrible experience — avoid.

DO NOT buy from this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself the hassle of chasing your money back. This is a scam website and goods are never sent. I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive, or a refund and I ordered nearly 2 months ago. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!
