This is a fake site!!!! I only wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before hand which is very unlike me as I usually do. I ordered a baby gym, had an email with tracking saying it had been delivered by Yodel when of course it hadn’t but after reading all the reviews I did realise I was never going to receive this. I did email and like everyone else got a reply from “Mary” promising it would arrive. What I did do though was report it to my bank and applied for a charge back and I very promptly got a refund from my bank who are brilliant with their customer service. I wanted to write this review to warn people who may want to give this company the benefit of the doubt not to order. Hope this helps.

Fake company I ordered jumproo for my baby but I didn’t received .i am sending mails for refund but they are not replying.dont order any toy from this site .

There are so many of us who ordered and never received our orders. I’m genuinely angry and feel like I want to do something about this, let’s bring this website down and make sure people are aware of these scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg placed an order with this company never arrived no correspondence even after numerous emails. This company should not be allowed to trade in the UK complete and utter scam. Coming up first in google search for kids stuff is a disgrace . Please steer clear. Absolute disgrace

I would rate it 0 stars but there isn’t that option. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. This is a scam website and uses children’s products as a cover up as most would trust a children’s website.

Money taken, to track my order had to download the ‘shop’ app. When I would search my postcode to track the delivery it would say postcode invalid. Never received a dispatched email. Emailed them numerous times no response. The phone number is fake and doesn’t work.

Received notification from the ‘shop’ app stating the item had been delivered and left at my front door. I was inside all day and no one came to my house. Avoid at all costs, complete scam.

I wouldn’t even give one star for this awful company.
I placed an order on 4th July for a Kids makeup set for £29.99. I received an email informing me it had been despatched on 8th July no tracking was provided. I have contacted them by email on a few occasions and asked for a full refund.
Had a reply from a Mary? Apologising for the delay and I have demanded 3 times for a refund. The reply was my refund has been processed??? Still waiting no refund. This company needs taking down. Do not order from this Kidshive it’s a scam website. It makes me so angry that they are taking people’s hard earned cash and no goods. Disgusting!!!

Luckily I paid using my Credit Card so recovered my money from my Credit Card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered on the 5th July. Been waiting for the soft play ever since. Got sent a notification off the ‘shop’ app saying it was delivered and then it changed to ‘shipped’. Received another notification today saying delivered and I put my postcode in as I haven’t recieved my parcel and it’s delivered but not to my postcode. Checked the order receipt and my address was right. Going through the bank in the morning to get a refund. Absolute load of sh!t

Scam company.
I bought a highchair that would arrive in 2 days according to their website. It has been an entire month and it has not arrived. They take your money but don't send the item.
I talked to the company multiple times and each time they said the item would be dispatched in a few days, but it never was.
Avoid!

Ordered a birthday present on 6th July and been messed around ever since with excuse after excuse about why it has not arrived. The email address has now been disabled and emails are bouncing back. Don’t waste your money ordering from these scam artists!

I ordered for a Birthday present on 14th July - still says getting ready for shipment. Emails just bring terrible platitudes and no action. Phone calss just cut off before connected. Like others wish I had read here first - seriously think these guys are crooks and should be stopped!

I rated one because I couldn’t rate 0!! I wish I had looked here before ordering. SCAM company do not buy from them they took my money and didn’t send what I brought. Very disappointing and I have reported them for fraud

Scam company. Same party line about busier than usual, item is being processed etc when chasing order. Disputed with bank who have refunded thankfully!

Do not order anything from this company. I placed an order on 8th July, had to download an unknown app to even track my order, and it has been saying “preparing shipment” for the last three weeks. I contacted customer service and received an email from ‘Mary’ assuring me that the order would be dispatched in 2-3 days and I could “return the product when it arrived if I wasn’t satisfied”. How does that work if the product never arrives in the first place? I’ve now requested a full refund and imagine this will be met with silence. Absolute scam of a company.

Yet another 1 star review to add to the others. AVOID. On day 20 of waiting for my order and nothing, with no means to track either.

Item never arrived.
I ordered a £29.99 baby monitor on the 30th of June for delivery to be 3-5 days. It is now the 24th of July and it has still not arrived. I have chased them twice and just been told " Sorry we are busier then normal".
