After numerous Emails threatening to take them to court I was issued a refund almost a month after my purchase date.

Avoid this company and if you have already fallen victim to their scam let them know you have instructed your lawyers to open a case and notified trading standards. You might just get a refund like I did.

Ordered musical playmat which when it came, in temu packaging was not like the picture advertised on website. I asked to be able to return item for a refund straight away. All emails are AI generated and supposedly sent from a Mary who always has to speak to 'the team' in other words temu.
10 weeks on and still no refund
Phone number on website does not work
Do your self a favour and by direct from temu you will have better protection that way.
This is a CON/SCAM website

Was sent a 2nd hand item which wasn't even complete. Promised refund 6 weeks ago and still waiting.

Order placed on the 6th June . It's now 1st July and as others as evidenced the reply to emails sent querying delay just say that the item is in transit and that it is not possible to cancel the order. Apparently it can be returned for a refund when it arrives . I'm not holding my breath !!

Item ordered on 31 May - it is nearly July and item still not received.
Multiple emails sent to customer services - they responded to all emails but only to say the item is in transit, they can't give further information on the exact whereabouts and it is not possible to cancel the order.

Same company dont buy

Scam company. Sent me a completely different product to the one shown on the website. No refund. Responses to emails are definitely AI generated from someone called ‘Mary’. Raised as a dispute with my bank who have thankfully refunded me. This company needs to be shut down. Will raise with the financial ombudsmen.

Scam company, seen other reviews also mention ‘Mary’ told them their delivery was out or chasing the courier. Asked for a refund but was told I couldn’t until I’d received the order (which is quite clearly never coming) save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere.

Scammers - ordered a playmat that didn’t arrive for weeks. When it did it was a poor imitation of the actual mat. They promised me a replacement and it’s still not arrived. Clearly a scam, and wish I’d read these other reviews before I purchased. I also tried to submit a review on their own website which they’ve clearly hidden with fake reviews!

THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY SCAMMERS. Please beware they take your money and no goods arrive. Then when you complain they tell you that they are very busy with orders and will send in 2-3 days. Still no goods.

As many others here - received the wrong item with very slow delivery, the item I got is not even stocked by the website and as one of the below reviews stated a "piece of tat". Meant to be a playmat but the quality was terrible, the size much smaller than stated and the design was wrong - it had weird logos and symbols all over it and the packaging suggests it has just been drop shipped from Asia. I used this site as they had a London address on their website but clearly this is a scam.
Requested a refund and was assured by "Mary" that the correct item would be sent to replace it but this has never appeared and it's been a month so I have reiterated my request for a refund and if that doesn't materialise I'll be taking the transaction to a dispute via my credit card provider.

I ordered with 2 to 3 days delivery. Hadn't received item after a week emailed the company was assured it would be despatched. 2 weeks on no further forward. Emails seem to be generated, and replies take a few days with no clarification on order. Asked for refund doubtful I will get one . Don't order from this company it's a scam.

Absolutely shocking service, emailed them repeatedly about my delivery. Had one email response saying delivery will be soon. No tracking number, obviously not a reputable company. I will be reporting them to ombudsman as should not be allowed to trade, I requested full refund, surprisingly no reply!

Item received was totally unlike item ordered. Probably should have guessed from the price that this wasn't legitimate, but as a parent on a budget I was trying to find a good deal.
Every opportunity given for the "mistake" to be rectified, but it's now a month after first contacting them about it.

As the old saying goes: Buy Cheap, Buy Twice.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! A complete scam! They listed a popular play mat as cheaper than RRP and I foolishly purchased. Once paid for, the item then shipped from China (it says nowhere on the site this is the case) and when it arrived, it is a fake copy of the item in question. No reply from their ‘customer service’ email address. AVOID!!!

Waited days for the play mats to arrive, no indication that they were coming from China! I received completely incorrect mats and no-one is responding to my emails. The number on the website is not functioning and now this morning my email is rejected due to email not being found!. Looks like I have been scammed!

Do not order from this company. Order took a week, shipped from China which was not indicated when I ordered. Received completely wrong product 4 days ago and no reply from customer service since. I’ll update if that changes.
