This company is a scam. I wonder how they can still operate. I would assume that the reviews on their website are fake. I never received what I ordered. I emailed their customer service and received answer from Mary who never did what she said she would do. When I found the review on trustpilot I stopped wasting my time emailing them and opened a dispute with my bank, thanks to the suggestion in one of the review. I had to provide evidence and fill in a form, which take me a bit of time but more efficient than talking to the company. I got my refund straightway. What surprise me is how this company is still allowed to do business in the UK. They should be closed down and brought to court.

I was sceptical due to poor reviews. I should have listened. DO NOT USE. Surprised they still allow to trade and have website running. SCAM ARTISTS.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!!! If only I read the reviews beforehand. Ordered a product to be told it was lost in transit, after many emails with ‘Mary’ being told my refund was being processed I decided to look at reviews to find this website is a scam. 2 months with no product or refund. Now they are ignoring my emails telling them they’ve been caught out, how they are still up and running is beyond me

SCAM. Do not buy. Wish I’d read reviews first. No attempt to even process or deliver order.

This business deserves a big zero because I ordered something and they sent me a completely different product and it's been a month and they still haven't refunded me for the product I returned. They don't even respond to emails.

This company does not even warrant a zero, ordered a £16 magic drawing board for my grandson for Easter. Weeks after Easter a cheap and nasty product arrived, I emailed the company on many occasions getting spasmodic replies fromMary. Promise after promise and to this day no replacement or refund. This is no more than a SCAM and should be investigated by Trading Standards.

For all the people that have scammed I contacted my bank to dispute it and got my money back. Please do the same.

0 is my rating really, this company is a BIG SCAM, please do not fall for it,placed order on the 2nd of May got a 10cm by 10cm writing board instead of a large double sided stand alone one with 48 accessories. Email after email, awaiting my refund, engaging a lawyer and reporting to the bank,

0 stars if this was an option. Do not buy from this company they are a scam. Purchase never arrived, fobbed off with emails ever since promising refund but never materialising.

Fell for it…. Scam…. Report it to Action Fraud so they can close it down please. Applied to the bank to get a refund, but we will see what happens with that.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! Ordered a baby gym back in April, got sent the incorrect item weeks later, it’s now almost 3 months and still haven’t received the item I ordered originally, and have been told I can only be refunded once I return the item that was sent to me originally! This company is a total joke.

Absolutely awful!
The item I ordered took over a month to arrive. When it arrived it wasn’t the item I ordered. I requested the company to send me the correct item, after a month this still hasn’t been received. I have therefore requested a refund, yet still nothing. This has been ongoing since May!

Order never arrived and lack of communication and states item is in transit but will not provide any tracking information. Do not waste your time or money with them. Reported to trading ombudsman

No item no refund after 6 weeks . Picked this item up from an Instagram advert. Why do insta allow these companies to advertise on their space?
I will give them a week to refund and then refer onwards

Product has not arrived, after numerous emails informing them of this they just keep saying the item is in transit. Have asked for a refund but they keep saying if it isn't here in the next week then they will. Avoid ordering at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. Company is a scam, customer service is dishonest and gives false information. Ordered a product 2 months ago and have still not received this or a refund.

I have spent 6 weeks trying to get a refund. They cannot advise why they won't return my money. They can't say why its taking so long. The quality of the product is poor and not as advertised. Do not shop from here!
