Issues with exchange, but resolved
I received the wrong size. It took 2 weeks before I received confirmation how to return. I did not receive answer to my request to exchange for a bigger size. After returning the shoes and submitting a complaint about the service it was resolved very quickly, but in total took 4 weeks. Not fully what I expected, but on a positive it was all resolved in good order in the end. There were issues with the email, so hope that will be resolved for the future.
