I got some issue when I first installed the water softener however tema has been helpful and quickly have it fixed.

Great after sales service by engineer Nathan and his Manager Alfie. They visited site clean and smartly dressed and were respectful of the clients property. They looked into the problem we had and have sorted out the issue with clear explanation of the problem, and carried out the correct alterations to enable the unit to operate correctly.

This is my second Kinetico Water Softener my last one I had for 10 years and I was very pleased with it. Joe and Alfie have been very helpful in the process of replacing my old one and they fitted my new one today. They have been great.

Charlie came to service our machine as a matter of routine. Even after 11 years of almost daily use, the system is working well.

Reece also went above and beyond, including not charging for the initial inspection and making sure everything was set up and working properly before leaving.

We just had Alfie, kinetico technician, round to check on the installation of our kinetico RO filter. Very impressed with the level of service- Alfie patiently explained all the issues and considerations and did some rejigging of the set up. Happy customer!
