Retoure klappt nicht
Die Sachen sind wirklich hübsch, aber leider klappt das mit der Retoure gar nicht. Ich habe mein Paket vor 2 Monaten zurückgeschickt und habe bis jetzt immer noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Auf meine Email wurde nicht geantwortet. Nach einem Anruf wurde gesagt, dass sie sich kümmern und sie hatten auch schon meine Email gelesen. Also insgesamt leider enttäuschend, dass die Retoure gar nicht klappt.
