About KISA At KISA, we believe everyone deserves to stay connected with their loved ones, simply and safely. We are a proudly Australian-owned and operated company based in Cheltenham, Victoria, dedicated to creating easy-to-use mobile phones. Our phones are designed from the ground up for individuals who find modern smartphones overwhelming, particularly seniors and those living with dementia, low vision, or other disabilities. What makes a KISA Phone different? There are no complicated screens, apps, or confusing menus. Instead, a KISA Phone is personalised for its user, featuring large, tactile buttons with the names and even photos of pre-programmed contacts. It’s a mobile phone reduced to its most essential purpose: making calls to the people who matter most. Our dedicated support team is based right here in Cheltenham. When you call us, you'll speak with a local team member who is ready to help. Your feedback on Trustpilot is incredibly important to us. It helps us understand what we're doing right and where we can improve our service. Thank you for considering KISA to help keep your family connected.

Best Decision We Made
We purchased a KISA phone for my brother who has an acquired brain injury and he absolutely loves having his own device, it makes him feel more like the rest of us with technology.KISA were very helpful in setting it up and I have recommended it to several other people for many reasons.

The phone is simple which really works for my mum, we do find the battery loses power quickly, that would be our only negative comment as everything else including the service is great.

Very happy with the phone purchased for my father.
The only small issue is, notwithstanding the cover, the person who is programmed for the button on the bottom right of the phone is often the victim of pocket dials.
A Godsend - recommended highly by a friend
Dad bought a KISA phone in May - he had a smartphone which was difficult for him to use. Now he has 2 buttons - and can phone my brother and I easily and he answers calls without any dramas too. It has been a Godsend.
I purchased this product for my Wife
I purchased this product for my Wife, she enjoyed the simple ease of use and being able to be in contact with her family. I have been asked numerous times about where I got the unit and in the end obtained leaflets which I just hand out now.

An effective approach to people with dementia. The 000 button on the back can, however, be easily activated unintentionally.
Only complaint was that I wasn't consulted when Kisa switched me from Vodaphone to Telstra at more expense when Vodaphone would hsve been fine.

The Kisa phone is so easy for me to use, being 91 other phones had become to confusing for me, but with my Kisa phone it is now so easy for me to stay in touch with my family as I want too.
THIS KISA PHONE IS EXCELLENT
THIS KISA PHONE IS EXCELLENT, MY HUSBAND HAS DEMENTIA, AND CANNOT MANAGE A CONVENTIONAL PHONE, BUT HAS NO PROBLEMS USING THE KISA PHONE WITH THE PHOTO'S OF THE PEOPLE PROGRAMMED INTO THE PHONE. ALSO IT HAS HIS CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE BACK AND MEDICAL HISTORY WHICH I FIND COMFORT IN KNOWING HE HAS HELP IF HE GETS DISORIENTATED. WONDERFUL INVENTION
Easy to use and set up.
My daughter set the phone up for me and found it very easy. I find the phone very easy to use. I'm using my mobile a lot since I changed to Kisaphone. At 89, I was having a lot of trouble using a standard mobile phone. My Kisaphone has solved that problem.

My aunty had a stroke and she could no longer use a regular mobile phone. It was very hard for my family and I to contact her so we bought the Kissa phone for her. At first she kept making pocket calls but then I spoke to someone at your offices as she made it so that my aunty had to push the name twice before she could ring. This has eliminated the problem of pocket calls. The only thing that I would like to see is a reduced price. She can only phone a few people, she doesn't have a message service and she gets no data so I think the cost of $40 per month is a bit excessive. We pay this for her and we will continue to do that for as long as we can. We have a Telstra plan and we pay less than this for our mobile phones and for many more services. We still love the phone though and we are extremely grateful that we can call my aunty.

Kisa phone has been wonderful to help my elderly mother keep in touch and seek help when needed.
Highly Recommend This Product
This has been a wonderful product for my Mother. She is confident to use it and it gives her the ability to communicate at all times if she needs too.

I bought this for my elderly mother and found it really good. The ease of use is perfect for her. The only problem is that there are no dialling facilities. There are sometimes appointments that she needs to cancel or change but she has to get someone else to make the call. Other than that she can use it without confusion.

Our Dad has never been tech savy
Our Dad has never been tech savy; can't even send an SMS....& with dementia setting in, any "simple" mobile fone we purchased....was not & his way to cope was to ignore them/turn them off. In desperation, I found KISA with a google search for "simple mobile phone", not expecting anything beyond our many failures....but ?KISA"? Australian company? Oh well, let's give it a go. It has surpassed our hopes/expectations: for eg: a recent addmission to hospital of several days tested the fone with multiple calls made & received; hardly lost any charge....We chose not to show him how to turn it off & he is comfortable enough with it to keep it within arm's reach 24/7, giving us peace of mind we dared only to dream of previously......

What I find disappointing about the phone is that it is very sensitive to handling and the result is that often phone calls are made inadvertently. We have tried to remedy this by buying a hard case for the phone, but it still happens sometimes.

My Mum is 93 and very active, The phone is easy to use , And allows me to keep track of her . Also it allows her to contact me when she needs to.

I am very impressed with the phone Mum was having problems knocking phone and ringing people when she did not mean to - I called and spoke to a lovely lady who advised the pouch was the way to go and I have received that within days. Only thing I have noticed with this is somehow the phone went to off switch so have to keep an eye on that and I have explained to Mum if phone is dead to push to on switch.
Wonderful service and thanks so much it gives me a lot of peace of mind when I am not around.
Best Linda

I purchased a Kisa phone for my dad who is in Residential Care so that he could phone my brother or myself whenever he needed to talk to us or whenever he needed anything. The phone has proved to be an invaluable asset for my dad. I have shown the phone and brochure to some of the care staff at the facility and they seemed quite interested at the way dad's phone was set up and it could be possible for some of the other residents to use the phone.
Many thanks, Rosanna Zamuner
