About KISA At KISA, we believe everyone deserves to stay connected with their loved ones, simply and safely. We are a proudly Australian-owned and operated company based in Cheltenham, Victoria, dedicated to creating easy-to-use mobile phones. Our phones are designed from the ground up for individuals who find modern smartphones overwhelming, particularly seniors and those living with dementia, low vision, or other disabilities. What makes a KISA Phone different? There are no complicated screens, apps, or confusing menus. Instead, a KISA Phone is personalised for its user, featuring large, tactile buttons with the names and even photos of pre-programmed contacts. It’s a mobile phone reduced to its most essential purpose: making calls to the people who matter most. Our dedicated support team is based right here in Cheltenham. When you call us, you'll speak with a local team member who is ready to help. Your feedback on Trustpilot is incredibly important to us. It helps us understand what we're doing right and where we can improve our service. Thank you for considering KISA to help keep your family connected.

I bought our kiss phone for my husband who is in aged care.
He has altzeimers is losing his sight. We thefamily can ring him easily and he knows to press the name & one of the family answer. So easy.
Love the design and concept
Love the design and concept.
Elderly parents sre uses. They accidentally make calls despite it have 2 presses to call. Is there a way to change this as more numbers of presses would be more difficult
The kisa phone has helped the family be…
The kisa phone has helped the family be more confident in my mother inlaws safety as she often walks her dog or attends other activities. Although she often forgets to charge it and occasionally forgets to take it. The kisa phone now can be covered in cost by the government aging in place scheme, which is a great help for her being a pensioner.
Giving the whole family peace of mind
Our dad cannot manage the complexity of a regular mobile phone, and his deafness made communicating via a landline impossible. The KISA phone limits his calls to the places he needs only, the SOS button gives us all peace of mind and, for some reason, he can hear better using the KISA than any other telephone.
We are very happy with this purchase and only wish we had have known about it sooner.

As a mother its takes the worry out of my every day life
Thanks Kisa
Happy customer
Very happy with this product. Thanks to the founders of this great product my grandparents can be up to date with a cell phone and be reachable when needed.
Thank you!!!!
The phone is not easy to hold
The phone is not easy to hold - (Daughter here typing for my 90 year old mother.) My mother has not used mobile phones much (once or twice several years ago) and would prefer it to be more like a hand held landline. It is also easier to remember back to using the older style phones. It is still confusing whether to press the green button on an incoming call or whether she can just pick up the phone (like older landline). She has not made calls to people other than when I am here guiding her. Also hanging up is hard to remember especially as she might only get one call every 2 weeks.
Great
Great, easy to use. Mum has dementia and the kisa phone helps her to stay in touch
The KISA is good
The KISA is good. It can be used at home or out in the community. Unintentional calls have been made due to the sensitivity of the buttons despite being placed in a phone case/cover.
KISA forever
This first KISA phone is used by my schizophrenic brother.
And he is really happy with this one.
He broke his insulation and he is enjoying comunicating with the others.
Using KISA has been an advance in his daily life.
Thanks

The phone is easy to use and the only thing I struggle with is knowing who has called and I missed it.
The phone is an excellent design and…
The phone is an excellent design and extremely easy to use. It was the answer to my Dad's dementia issues with using the phone. The only problem is the noise it makes when a button is pressed to ring out. It made my Dad not want to use it, thinking he was doing something wrong.
Great product. Hard for some to operate due to poor health
Peter has not really used his KISA as we would have hoped as his hearing is poor and he doesn't hear a call. Now with dementia he doesn't remember to have it handy. The concept is great but our user is lacking. I keep having the KISA on hand just in case !
His wife, Mavis
88 and loving her new phone!
Purchased this phone for my mum who is 88 and in a nursing home. Best thing we ever did! Now she can call us easily by either pressing on our name or picture. When I called her current phone provider to say she needed a small amount of internet and the reason why they added it without charge. Very positive experience and mum proudly shows her phone to other residents. Thanks KISA service from the very start has been exceptional.
Excellent product caring staff
We know Mum is safer now
I was looking for a suitable phone for my mother .She had a couple of mobiles previously and found them difficult to manage .The kisa appeared to tick all the boxes so I went ahead and purchased one for her .
It has been perfect .She is able to use it so easily and takes it with her when going out.The family know that we can contact her any time and she can call us with just one touch of a button.
An easy and very efficient process.
An easy and very efficient process.
Bought for my 90 year old mother who rarely uses a phone but she can handle the KISA easily.
Delivery was prompt with clear instructions, simple and up and running within a few minutes.
Highly recommend for people struggling with a keyboard for what ever reason.
Empowerment for Dementia patients.
Having seen first hand the added pain and frustration created by people slipping into Dementia, trying to keep in touch with family using a standard mobile phone, I figured there had to be a better way. There was. KISA phone. The absolute simplicity has saved buckets of frustration to the patient, nursing staff and myself as a carer. Peace at last. Thank you KISA.
