About KISA At KISA, we believe everyone deserves to stay connected with their loved ones, simply and safely. We are a proudly Australian-owned and operated company based in Cheltenham, Victoria, dedicated to creating easy-to-use mobile phones. Our phones are designed from the ground up for individuals who find modern smartphones overwhelming, particularly seniors and those living with dementia, low vision, or other disabilities. What makes a KISA Phone different? There are no complicated screens, apps, or confusing menus. Instead, a KISA Phone is personalised for its user, featuring large, tactile buttons with the names and even photos of pre-programmed contacts. It’s a mobile phone reduced to its most essential purpose: making calls to the people who matter most. Our dedicated support team is based right here in Cheltenham. When you call us, you'll speak with a local team member who is ready to help. Your feedback on Trustpilot is incredibly important to us. It helps us understand what we're doing right and where we can improve our service. Thank you for considering KISA to help keep your family connected.

Excellent service

Excellent service, professional friendly staff & nothing is too much trouble to help with anything - the phone is excellent for my 91yr old mother who is vision impaired & has memory loss also. The KISA phone is the only one she can contact her family from the nursing home she is in. THANKYOU :)

Good concept for phone to support…

Good concept for phone to support elderly and disabled people in the community. In our particular case, our family member has a spinal cord injury leaving their hands very weak. It would be helpful if the buttons could be made to increase ease of push (to dial, pick up, hang up) to accommodate muscle atrophy and weak hands.

I thank you for the Kisa phone

I thank you for the Kisa phone. I did not know how I could have a back up phone for my 93 year old mother once we were forced to put her landline on to the unreliable NBN. Unfortunately they said you needed a mobile phone as back up and my mother has very bad eyesight. So the Kisa phone was a great phone for her as she can recognise our names and just needs to press the button and she can phone us. The operators at Kisa are fantastic as well. I highly recommend Kisa phones for the elderly. I even have the taxi number on it.

People with dementia

My Mother has mild dementia. She finds it hard remembering how to answer/end a call using buttons, even with the colour coded buttons.
Maybe one day a cordless phone will be available which requires no input from the user to answer/end a call, just like the phones in the old days.

5 Stars: Excellent

The phone is simple to use, without having to negotiate your way through a series of on screen menus as with most mobile phones. The charging cradle is fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Winner!

Bought one for Mum. She is sight impaired and was having lots of dramas with her landline courtesy of the NBN! She can see her contacts easily on the front of the phone, can charge it easily each night and takes it to the pokies with her so she can contact us if need be.

Excellent system for my Mum who is elderly, not tech savvy and suffers from memory loss. Setup was straight forward and I was able to clarify matters quickly when I rang and spoke to a person at KISA. Full recommendation for the elderly and other people that just need a simple telephone.

Kerrie-Anne's own phone

Our daughter has just moved into her own unit and this phone has been wonderful for our communication . An ordinary type phone was to hard for her to use,so thank you and we have recommended it to several of her friends.

Great phone.

This phone has allowed my elderly mother to keep in contact with family and friends. She couldn't manage a standard one but this is so easy to use. She loves it! Helps the transition to aged care if they can call friends and family when they want, they don't feel so alone.

We are absolutely happy with the phone…

We are absolutely happy with the phone and with the service you've provided. It has enabled my father in an aged care home to stay in real time contact with many family members. He was first to wish me Happy Birthday this year which was wonderful! Please ramp up your market exposure as it was very difficult to find a product that would meet Dad's needs.

My elderly parents had tried many different mobile phones with no success with being able to use and understand them! But that all changed when I gave them a KISA phone. They find it extremely easy to use - yay we have hit the jackpot!!
Thank you so much
