I ordered a couple of items because my Mum recommended them to me. The items seem to be good quality but I wanted to return one because it's too short. I didn't get a returns form with the parcel and I tried to go onto their website but it's undergoing maintenance. So I tried calling them for the past couple of days, no answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I have bought several items from Kit & Kaboodle and they always arrive super quick! The clothes are great quality and great value for money. I am a size 20 and all the tops I have bought are a good length to cover my tummy! Always a good choice and great promotions. The best online shop by far! :)

Lovely tops, arrived quickly.

If you don't mind waiting 3 weeks for your refund you will be fine !but for me the refund process is far too long!! And emailed 3 times having to ask , so for that reason I won't be ordering again.

Quick delivery, great clothes and brilliant choice.

K and k is a trustworthy company with a great reputation. The range and variety of styles is second to none. Can't find similar clothes anywhere. Their styles are so different and unique. The quality is always of a high standard. I like the individuality of styles, colours and ideas of how to wear things together, like layering. Whenever I wear k and k I get lots of compliments with people asking where I get my clothes. I sometimes question whether I'm too old at 72 to be wearing their styles but watching their videos gives me the confidence to do so . Highly recommended.

I found Kit and Kaboodal a couple of years ago ,at the time I was lost when it came to my fashion and I lived in black trousers and baggy black tops. My sister bought me a pair of trousers from this company and I loved them and I haven't looked back. Now my wardrobe is full of bright colours ,quirky and great quality clothes. I then found the members page which is fabulous, a great community with inspirational ladies plus special members discounts and competitions. I now feel happy and confident in what I wear

Lots of great things to say about Kit and Kaboodal. I’ve been shopping with them for many years now. I love the collections, they have great promos, an online fashion parade and comments by real Customers and the Service is first class. I now use Royal Mail standard delivery and my purchases are received really quickly delivered to my door via our local village Postie. There are always new collections coming online on the website and I check out what’s new on the K&K Members Group on Facebook. Best love, summer linens, some unique styles and reasonable prices.

Absolutely best UK Lagenlook company I've come across. Versatile and stylish pieces perfect for layering or mixing and matching. They have provided excellent customer when I've had to ring or email with questions about my order or returns. Delivery is very prompt.

Kit & Kaboodle isn't just an online retailer, its a community, with a members 'club' to exchange tips and recommendations, even a loyalty programme!
Ok so some of the garments are not finished off brilliantly, loose threads etc, on the whole they are well made with lots of choice.
I love K&K, they have changed my whole attitude to dressing and keeping on-trend with an individual twist.

5 star company selling a variety of unusual but very comfortable clothes.
I am definitely hooked on buying from this innovative family company. I have very rarely sent anything back and have quite a lot of their clothes.
They have Facebook and instagram pages which regularly post new items for sale and live shows . I am a member of their K&K club which is a place where customers post photos of themselves wearing clothes they have bought and giving reviews. I find this extremely helpful. You can enter regular competitions and get earlier access to offers and sales.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone .

Fabulous website with easy ordering & prompt deliveries with a choice of courier.
Customer service is excellent too with helpful people at end of phone & your feedback is listened to.
Their clothes, in a wide range of sizes, are well made-many in natural fabrics, wash well & wont wear out in one season.
