I’m a bigger lady size 18/20 - but the kit and kaboodle range gives me so much diversity in what I can wear - very flattering too.

Love This Ferne Jumper would love to see more bright colours. I have so many in darker colours, but as our winters go through till April, i would still buy more in brighter colours.

Bought a jacket. Seemed ok at first but the material has bobbled after only a few wears. Unable to return as past 30 days. Be mindful of the material and quality.

I had a jumper on order before Christmas which was not delivered properly (if at all) by the courier. I rang customer service and the lady that answered helped me so politely and efficiently. I was so impressed with actually be able to speak to someone and then that person be as understanding, helpful and lovely about it all, how refreshing. I felt like a valued customer and since then (she rectified the problem swiftly and efficiently) I have made other orders as her excellent customer service and manner made me want to order from here again and again.

Lovely clothes, good prices, quick delivery

I bought the Poppy Needlecord trousers in Berry. I have to echo another reviewer who commented on how thin the material is. definitely NOT going to keep you warm in winter without wearing thick tights or leggings underneath.

These trousers are ok, but tbh, had I spent the full price on them instead of the offer price of £37, I would be pretty annoyed at the flimsy material.

They are sold as one size because the waist is very elasticated. I have a large waist and relatively small hips. Therefore, the trouser legs are quite flappy whilst the waist is ok for comfort but I am aware that I am wearing elasticated waistband that is being stretched.

As the other reviewer observed, these are spring/summer trousers, NOT winter trousers.

I don’t usually write reviews but the skirt I received …the hem was raw and uneven… I found it hard to believe anyone would send such an unfinished garment out

Just received three items, on time, nicely packed and good quality but my they are all so large!!

I know it’s one size fits all company from 8-22 but as a UK size 14/16 I expected to have some “freedom” in the sizing but both dresses and the jumper swamp me. Goodness knows how a size 8 would fare!

A shame as I love the quality and the sale prices are great.

My order of a jumper arrived and I was a bit worried as it was 'one size' however it looks absolutely amazing on! Really beautiful and fantastic quality.
So pleased to have found this site and will certainly buy from them again

I bought a pair of trousers and a t-shirt top with a discount offer. Unfortunately the trousers have gone in holes in two places along the seams after being worn only twice. There is little or no seam allowance at all and the stitching is poor.
Very disappointing, just glad I didn’t pay full price.
Designs looked really good online and actually the fit is good.

Excellent customer service - I needed to make a change to an order and it was sorted and refunded without delay. Shopping with a small business absolutely pays dividends and I will definitely recommend and shop with them again - this is how it should be done 👍🏻
