How to instill communication

What makes my experience great that after my frustration in negotiating with the service customer team with no avail of refund , finally Carmen the head of Escalation team was able to recognize and reconsider that there was a mistake in my case and she is prompt in contacting me in many ways and talked to me by phone personally with my case to consider the refund. I am grateful for her consideration and her honesty. Hoping there are more personnel like Carmen who really investigate the process and cases of their customers.

I think the company will make attention in social media if there's someone using their platforms for intended scam like what had happen to me. I click the link and ordered online a luggage but this item never delivered to me until now. While the kitchen club company continued to transfer the fund from my credit card to their account. Thanks to Carmen for her deligent work.

Scam Turned Around: Updated and Responsive Customer Care

About a year and half ago, I mistakenly subscribed to Kitchen Chef when I was trying to get to another service, as there was a redirect link that looked like it would guide me to the other service. But what I actually got signed up for (with no knowledge) was a Kitchen.Chef club subscription.

I noticed right away once I got an email and credit card balance (in euros) from Kitchen Chef and promptly within five minutes emailed customer service to explain the misunderstanding. But at the time, I was told there is no refund policy and that they can't do anything about it. I tried to explain that I am a student and $80CAD is quite a hit for me especially when their services was selling home appliances at a much higher rate than I could even afford. Also the shipping was only free over 150EUR so I'd need to invest even more to use my money at all. So I just took it as a loss and moved on.

From my memory, it seemed like a bit of an underhanded tactic. Many companies have refund policies and customer care should be understanding and truly care for the customer.

But

Here's where things switched up. Just a couple days ago a customer service rep, Ray, reached out to me and apologized for the interaction. He also made it possible for me to get refunded and was very pleasant to speak to.

It definitely shows that Kitchen Chef Club is actually recognizing their problems and making changes to be better.

It does seem like they have an extensive catalogue of genuine products, and now that the customer care department is much more diligent, I think anyone else's experience would be much better. I can't speak to actually making an order and receiving it though.

I am also yet awaiting the goodwill refund. Will update once it's come through.

I tried many many times to make an…

I tried many many times to make an order but nothing would work and when I tried to get in touch I had no response. It’s been roughly over 6 months since I’ve heard anything. At least now I’ve had a response and am grateful that I am getting a goodwill refund. I really liked the website it just didn’t work for me.
