Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company that posed behind the mask of another and scams people into applying for a subscription, completely immoral, even when attempting to cancel, it takes 14 days to do it for free or there’s an option to PAY to cancel it straight away but by the time the fourteen days are up the next direct debit payment would have been taken in three days time. Absolutely terrible.

I too have been scammed by this company. I had deductions of $76.90 and $75.97 from my bank account in Australia. The bank could not help so I contacted direct. No satisfaction whatsoever. Cannot even tell me what is was I supposedly purchased to make contact in the first place.

Update , communications now concluded refunds been returned for subscribed months, response has been excellent and is fully resolved now !!

i did not know i was signing up for a subscription i was totally unaware, i have contacted them and they say it is not their policy to refund the money almost £200 for which i have received absolutely nothing, was totally unaware until i had a bank statement, i had never even heard of kitchenchef

I thought I was buying a product that was advertised. I went though the process of paying for it but I ended up with a subscription for kitchenchef.club that I was totally unaware of. I have contacted them and at present waiting for a refund. They have assured my subscription is cancelled. Dispute resolved as refund received.

I was tricked in a biggest scam ever! Was intending to purchase a treadmill on sale for £26 and in a result I was signed up for a subscription at kitchechef club. Never agreed to that they took the money off my account and they don’t even sell treadmills! They’ve been keep charging my account since then. I was trying to reach out to their customer service for help unfortunately with no success. Your option is to use credit to purchase from their website, but it will automatically renew a membership top ups:/ very disappointed! Was trying to make a purchase they took another €4 and cancelled order🤯🤬

I have been recently contacted by kitchenchef club and they promised to deal with an issue and fully refund a membership.
I got tricked into paying a subscription fee by them. They showed an advertisement saying that an electric scooter only cost 26 pounds today little did i know it was the subscription fee. Scammers!

Once i made the payment, they said the transaction got cancelled and i have to make the payment again. When i called their customer services, they said that i have to buy something from their account and i have 26 credits left in my subscription. I didn't have any credits left! Liars! I want a refund as soon as possible.
Edit: they sent me an apology mail asking me to change the review and once the review will be changed, they said that they will refund the money. When i checked if they have refunded the amount, i noticed that they have deducted another 6 pounds from my account! I ain't gonna change this review unless the amount is paid back to me.
Update: the issue has been resolved. The customer service stayed on call with me and i got a full refund!

I tried to claim a prize I had won from Temu but somehow these thieving bunch got hold of my account details.
They signed me up for a subscription I didn’t ask for and are trying to keep hold of £5.95 as an exit fee. I keep telling them, “You can’t pay an exit fee for something you didn’t enter into” grr
My bank is on the case and I am waiting fir information to report them to Action fraud.
DON’T BE FOOLED BY THEIR RESPONSE.

I will be reporting this scam, along with the scam on the website love2gaming. I hope this operation changes, and if not, gets shut down.
AMENDMENT: I was kindly contacted by kitchen chef, and they have promised to help with a refund for the inconvenience. I have flagged to them how scam sites are linked to their page, so hopefully this can be addressed so the credibility of their business can shine out and not the unexpected sign ups many seem to find themselves experiencing. Thank you Sterling for the help.

I have now received communication with this company who have resolved the matter.
I've been having money taken from my account for a few months after somehow being taken down a 'rabbit hole' and seemingly subscribing to something I have no knowledge of. They have refused my refund of 'credits' I have paid for up to the value of 137.00 euros! Bank are now involved.

What went wrong. Come on as if you dont know. You are scammers and you had me for a brief while. I immediately cancelled my card that you had details to. It took nine emails to cancell my subscription and every email you seem to make no coment as to my accusing you as scammers. You won't refund my money refering me to your terms and conditions. I fail to understand how scammers can have T&C. I would say to everyone don't touch these SCAMMERS.

This is a subscription scam
This is a scam! Speak to your bank as a matter of priority as money will soon be taken from your account, people are reporting having up to £50 fortnightly removed without ever signing up to this "club". Ignore the replies left below these reviews, it really is a scam... Why would they need to use genuine vendors as a front otherwise? Don't give them your money, get onto your bank ASAP!
