We recently had our kitchen remodelled by the Fort Kinnaird team. The project was a bit tricky but they delivered an excellent result. They are very precise so you know exactly what you are getting and the fitting team were great.
Special thanks go to the Project Manager Gordon Miller. He is a pleasure to deal with and more than anything he sets Kitchens International apart from others. If I ever needed another kitchen (which I hope I won't!), I would use them again.

It was a smooth process from start to finish thanks to Stuart Ross and Gordon Miller.

Stuart, an excellent designer, planned the layout, patiently taking into our account our (ever changing!) wishes and adding his own innovative ideas. Gordon then competently managed the project, continually advising us of timings and next steps which we much appreciated. All the tradesmen involved were very professional, personable and of a very high standard.

All in all, we were most impressed by the whole process and we love the end product.

This is our third kitchen from Kitchens International. The reason we chose KI was because of their excellent service.

Firstly, Louisa helped us design our fabulous kitchen her attention to detail and professionalism is first class.

The reason we returned to KI for our third kitchen was Gordon Miller. Gordon project managed our previous kitchens hence the reason we returned to KI.

Gordon and his team were outstanding keeping us updated with lead times and any questions we had. Gordon knew what we expected and delivered.

The KI (Fort Kinnaird) team has exceeded my expectations and made my dream kitchen a reality. Stuart the designer listened to my wish list and delivered a kitchen design that truly wowed me! His design contained all the items on my wish list including a wee island to enhance storage and work surfaces. Stuart was the only designer I consulted who delivered the wee island in the design (I consulted another 4 companies)! The colour combo was just stunning. Gordon the project manager has the best attention to details and is a joy to work with. The fitting team (John and Declan) worked extremely hard (and with great care) throughout the gutting, preparation, and installation process and tidy up at the end of each day. Kitchen re-do projects rarely go without issues but how a team and a company deal with issues speak volumes about them. The whole KI team dealt with all issues effectively and efficiently and really showed me how much they cared about the quality of all their finished kitchens. A few examples here: John picked up the design issue with the fridge/freezer housing and reported immediately to Gordon and Stuart. Gordon notified me immediately and Stuart provided the remedies. Gordon, Stuart, and John met me on site to go through the revised plan and confirmed it would worked and apologised for the issue. That showed accountability and outstanding team work to deliver a great solution! And the end result was better than the original excellent design! Cabinet doors that were damaged on transit were picked up by the team on installation and I was notified replacement were already ordered before the installation was completed. Issues with appliances were picked up quickly and the necessary remedial actions taken (including replacement of one appliance). Gordon and John spotted the silestone worktop on the island were too large and immediately got the fabricators to sort it. The kitchen furniture, being made in Germany, arrived after 8 weeks and the team returned to replace them while taking extra care to the rest of the living areas. Gordon was fantastic at picking up snagging and John and Declan sorted them all efficiently and with care. While the whole kitchen took much longer than anticipated to complete, the KI team took accountability to the issues, did not cut corners to resolve those unexpected issues, ensured the kitchen finish was of their exceptionally high standards, and the customer was satisfied with the finished kitchen. Furthermore, they were a joy to work with! I really have no hesitation in using and recommending the KI team again especially with Stuart as the designer with Gordon as the project manager.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen, dining room units and living room media unit from KI, Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh.

From our initial visit to the showroom we knew we were in good hands.

We worked with the talented Louisa and Victoria who designed the spaces, 3D layouts and all the fittings.

Louisa and Victoria were very patient, thoughtful and both had a great eye for detail throughout each design process.

The install team were friendly and their level of workmanship was to a very high standard.

The project manager, Gordon could not have been more helpful with his level of communication, pre-install visits, timing of the install works and after care.

We experienced a first class customer service experience from KI and would highly recommend this company and its people.

We returned to Kitchen's International after 9 years to get our original Kitchen's International kitchen modified and refreshed with new some new units, flooring, worktop & appliances.
We were given plenty of time to liaise about design and then all work was completed within the allotted schedule. There was open communication throughout and discussions during installation meant we were more than happy with the result. People working on the job were a pleasure to have in the house and the project manager could not have been more helpful.

Mark Smith returned to refresh a kitchen that he initially fitted 22 years ago and went above and beyond the call of duty. Cannot fault him.

KI Bathrooms were excellent. Nicola Whyte provided a great design that we could work with, using attractive colours, and answered our questions well. Derek Wallace and his team were all excellent: they came when they said they would, explained what they were doing, and completed the project in a timely and skilled manner. They were all very competent. I can highly recommend KI Bathrooms.

Brian and Mark of Kitchens International delivered a first class service to us. Friendly and ultra professional. They helped us upgrade a KI kitchen that we inherited on moving into a CALA townhouse. Excellent advice and implementation.

Fantastic experience with Mark from Kitchens International, Edinburgh today. Despite not having a KI fitted kitchen he came and replaced my induction hob. Very smooth and clear process, well communicated and friendly/ professional manner throughout. I'd highly recommend them. Thank you Mark.

From initial visit to the Dundas Street Edinburgh showroom, through planning of our kitchen by Angus, and installation by Richard, Craig, Matty and the team, the whole experience has been fantastic. We initially had plans drawn up by another high end kitchen company however, we felt the KI design plans incorporated more of what we wanted, and we made the right choice to go with KI, choosing a Leicht Kitchen, Dekton worktops, Siemens appliances, and Bora induction hob. Richard and the team were incredibly flexible in managing the install around the extensive house renovation we were doing at the same time. The attention to detail, tidiness, and flexibility during the install was fantastic. The whole experience has been exceptional, thanks to the whole KI team, and as a result we are delighted with our new kitchen.

Design ideas and visuals were excellent and the finished bathroom project looked exactly like the 3d visuals provided at the planning stage.
The project had a few hiccups with the plumbing trade and the bathroom furniture ended up being late, delaying the overall project completion.
The tradesman were curtious, friendly and tidy, special shout out to the tilers who did a marvellous job mitreing all external corners.

We moved into a new build last year and decided to have some additional wall units and a stone back stand surround added. Really pleased with the results. Excellent service provided by Broxburn aftercare team - from planning the additional layout, timing of installation and fitting. Great job all round.

The entire experience went beyond our expectations. From designer, pre-installation visits, fitting and after sales service was first class.
From our initial visit to the show room we know we had found the right company and didn't explore any further.
Schedule was adhered to and a can do attitude was very evident. In fact they went beyond their responsibilities when we had trouble with another contractor who let us down.

Our experience with Kitchens International has been fabulous. They have a great team who will take you on your journey to make sure you have an excellent high quality kitchen of your dreams!

From the first appointment when we were introduced to our designer, to the final fitting the whole process was so easy. Our designer spent as long as we needed on each appointment to go through everything we wanted, she had endless patience and was not phased at all when we changed ideas a few times. No hard selling, just advice. We got everything we wanted and have ended up with the perfect kitchen. The attention to detail by the fitters and the project manager is excellent, a few little unimportant glitches happened but they were basically fixed before we even knew there was a problem, great team. If you want a great design and fit experience and excellent service from start to finish I would recommend Kitchens International. We have also attended quite a few demonstration events at the showroom on Great Western Road, Glasgow where you are shown how to use all your new appliances and have questions answered by a representative from siemens, this has been extremely helpful. Thanks to everyone at KI it's been a great experience.
