Our experience with Kitchens International has been fabulous. They have a great team who will take you on your journey to make sure you have an excellent high quality kitchen of your dreams!

From the first appointment when we were introduced to our designer, to the final fitting the whole process was so easy. Our designer spent as long as we needed on each appointment to go through everything we wanted, she had endless patience and was not phased at all when we changed ideas a few times. No hard selling, just advice. We got everything we wanted and have ended up with the perfect kitchen. The attention to detail by the fitters and the project manager is excellent, a few little unimportant glitches happened but they were basically fixed before we even knew there was a problem, great team. If you want a great design and fit experience and excellent service from start to finish I would recommend Kitchens International. We have also attended quite a few demonstration events at the showroom on Great Western Road, Glasgow where you are shown how to use all your new appliances and have questions answered by a representative from siemens, this has been extremely helpful. Thanks to everyone at KI it's been a great experience.

I'm really pleased with the design and installation of my new kitchen which was arranged through the Dundas Street showroom. I was provided with a detailed outline of the proposed design and the timescale for the work, and I had every opportunity during several visits to the showroom to go through the design in detail, to raise questions and to ensure that I was happy with the final proposal. The design makes excellent use of the limited space available in my kitchen.
Carol, Richard and the team that carried out the installation were very professional, friendly and helpful, and after completion there were follow up visits to ensure that I was satisfied. Minor problems with the sink and the new microwave were quickly sorted out.
It is now 9 months since the kitchen was completed: everything is working well and I'm quite certain that I made the right choice in selecting Kitchens International for this work. No hesitation, therefore, in recommending the Dundas Street team of designers, project mangers and installers at KI.

We took entry to our new build in October and decided we needed a couple of extra cupboards. Richard in the Aberdeen showroom was very helpful in advising us and designing the perfect tall cupboard to fit the space and when the fitter came he was great, was very exact and really tidy and we’re just delighted with the end result. We recently had the pleasure of working with Kitchens International in Edinburgh for our kitchen renovation, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the customer service was incredible and we both enjoyed spending time in their inspirational showroom on Dundas Street. Angus, our designer, was amazing, designing a kitchen that perfectly captured the vision we had for the space. His expertise brought our ideas to life in a way that was both functional and stylish.

The installation process was seamless and the team of installers worked brilliantly with our main contractor, ensuring that our project remained on schedule without a hitch. Their seamless integration into the broader renovation project was impressive and contributed significantly to the smooth completion of our kitchen.

The end result is a testament to the quality and dedication of Kitchens International. The craftsmanship is evident in every detail, and the quality of the materials used is outstanding.

I cannot recommend Kitchens International highly enough. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for making this journey an enjoyable and successful one.

From our first encounter with KI ( Angus) in the Edinburgh showroom we knew they were right for us. Our kitchen was 25 years old and we had engaged another contractor to extend the house. The design was innovative and the designer absolutely attentive to our needs. What really impressed me was KI (Richard) worked really effectively with the main contractor and the whole process was seamless. All the little things add up to a kitchen with which we are delighted. The installation guys were really polite, vacuumed up as they went along and were crystal clear about what was happening and when. If I was to do it again I would not change a thing. I also would have no hesitation recommending Kitchens International.

Initially great experience from start to finish.

But then appliances started to fail. And KI walked away from the problem leaving me to pay for any repairs (contrary to what the law requires).

I tried VERY hard to get KI to recognise their legal, never mind customer-centric, responsibilities but they would rather hold on to a couple of hundred pounds and have me write unhappy reviews. So here it is KI - hope you're still happy.

I have been in extensive discussion for months with both KI, and the overall owners Donaldson Group, CEOs on this. They are both fully aware of the situation, my dissatisfaction, and the position they continue to adopt. Escalating this to them won't bring any action, though it will at least show them I was serious.

From our first visit going in to the showroom in Glasgow to the final snagging, it was a good customer experience.

The fitters and the Project Manager could not have been more helpful, they were happy to spend time running through anything with my both my husband and I.

Great service, great advice and we love our kitchen, it looks great.

from the first interview in the showroom with Nicola, through the choosing of the products, the alternative solutions offered, and then the overseeing by Derek , the Project Manager, to the tradesmen, all of whom were efficient , very clean and tidy and very good at their job, the process really went as planned, resulting in a fantastic new bathroom which we are delighted with. All completed just ahead of schedule in time for Christmas. Highly recommend the Company.

We wanted a totally different design of kitchen, which has been sucessfully achieved with Kitchen International.
The design process, which went on for a number of weeks, felt like a partnership, with really good insight and effort from Vicky (Stirling at Edinburgh Fort) to achieve what we had as a set of principles and a desired outcome.
Having agreed on the design and equipment specification, we did experience some (international) supply chain issues, but at the point in time that's the way the marketplace was. Throughout the delays communication with KI continued.
The installation went well and the quality of their own tradesmen and any subcontractors was evident. The project management was undertaken by Gordon Miller, who we developed a good relationship with and he stayed totally involved to ensure our complete satisfaction, post installation.
Not everything went exactly to plan, as can happen on major refurbishment programmes in older properties, but through good discussions with Gordon every challenge was met with an acceptable and pragmatic solution.
Based on our experience we are very happy to recommend Kitchen International.

I am delighted with my new kitchen; designed, project managed and installed by Kitchens International contracted out of their Fort Kinnaird outlet.
Even the appliances' technology is easily navigated, after instructions provided in person.

We are delighted with our kitchen from Kitchens International, Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh. The great design by Victoria illustrated in 3D took into account all our requirements and made the most efficient use of space.

Before us finally committing she invited us to a demonstration by Siemens which was really helpful and altered the specification of the kitchen appliances we were going to order including a warming drawer.

The fitting commenced on time and flowed seamlessly. It was carried out to a high standard supervised by Gordon who has a real eye for detail. The fitters left the kitchen very clean and tidy at the end of each day.

Overall we are delighted with the kitchen and installation and would not hesitate to recommend Kitchens International at Fort Kinnaird.”

Well after reading the one star reviews I just cannot understand why. I'm on Kitchen number 2 in separate houses and the experience has been great on both occasions.
I had Angus design the most amazing simple kitchen in my new build, Richard and his team came along and fitted it. The fitters highlighted a scratch on the worktop that THEY notified me and to be honest I had to really look to find the lightest of scratches. Oh, I am really fussy !!!! I would have noticed it eventually. Its refreshing that a company take full responsibility in making the job right.
I can only say, price, quality, fitting from start to finish was world class

Thanks to Louisa, Gordon & the installation team from the Fort Kinnaird branch for the design, procurement & installation of our kitchen in our new build home. Everyone at all levels have always been pleasant & helpful to deal with. As is the case in a project with many 'moving parts', not everything went according to plan, but the KI team always responded well & in a very timely manner to rectify the little things that needed addressed. No major issues at all & happy to recommend the Fort Kinnaird KI team for anyone venturing on a new kitchen journey!

Our Leicht kitchen was delivered on the projected date, on budget and fitted by highly qualified tradesmen with attention to detail. Sales Designer, Stuart Ross, was extremely helpful in assisting us with the design and planning of our new kitchen. We had very few installation issues and any that did transpire were dealt with in a fast and professional manner by the Project Manager, Gordon Miller.

All KI staff were pleasant and competent, with contracted trades people of the same high standard.

We are delighted with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Kitchens International to anyone considering buying a new kitchen.

We had a great experience with Kitchen International, particularly with Carol Cameron, Dundas Street and Richard Wilson, Project Manager. I was taking down a wall between the kitchen and the dining room and I struggled to conceptualize what it would look like and the space that I would have. Carol ( and her team) were extremely patient, giving me different concepts and designs until I finally landed on one. Carol's experience in kitchen design was really evident and she incorporated some innovative features and ensured that the kitchen workflow was suitable. Carol also considered the dining area at the design stage which really helped. Richard and the installation team did everything they could to ensure that the installation of the kitchen went smoothly including the templating and installation of the work tops. I couldn't be more delighted with the end result. Highly recommend.

We are currently having our kitchen designed by karen at kitchens international she has such attention to detail and is truly a fabulous designer. Our kitchen design has surpassed our expectations and we cannot wait to see the finished product! Would highly recommend purchasing your kitchen from the Tillicoultry site and Karen herself.

We worked with Richard at the Aberdeen branch of KI when we built our new house and were looking for a 'wow' kitchen from a reputable supplier of quality kitchens. I can honestly say we were not disappointed!
Richard was such a gentleman, he produced a fantastic design and guided us professionally through the whole process. Installation was a very clean and professional job too. We were so impressed by just how accurately everything fitted and the high quality of the units, stone worktop and Siemens appliances. The kitchen is beautiful and highly functional, exactly what we wanted and a testament to the quality and service we expected from KI.
We can't recommend the Aberdeen branch enough.

We worked with Stuart Ross in the Fort Kinnaird branch in Edinburgh. He was absolutely brilliant in what can be a stressful experience planning a new kitchen. He was very thoughtful and listened patiently whilst we worked through the planning. He has a keen eye for design and knows he stuff 💯. Stuart at KI was fantastic and along with our input, produced a stunning state of the art German designed kitchen and butler’s pantry for our New Town Duplex. Not only did Stuart provide a detailed 3D rendering so we could adjust the design to suit our needs, he understood our aesthetics instantly and worked diligently with us to ensure a fabulous result. We could not be happier.
