We approached KI with view to fit a new kitchen as part of an extension. We were initially introduced to Stuart in the Edinburgh branch. Stuart carefully listened to our wish list and came back to us... See more

new kitchen
Now the proud owner of a beautiful new kitchen from Kitchens International in Aberdeen. The whole experience was very smooth. Richard came up with a fantastic design and the installation by Peter and the team was of very high quality. Very satisfied.
Love my new callerton bedroom
Love my new callerton bedroom, arrived on time, was fitted with no fuss, would highly recommend.
Terrible
Terrible. Installation is really poor, customer service is basically non existent. No response to emails. I can't stress highly enough -
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Not fit for purpose
Not fit for purpose. Terrible customer service. Overpriced. Poor quality. Within 6 months the countertop chipped. I have had to chase repeatedly and although they agreed to fix, have simply stopped responding. Total cowboys and not to be trusted.

Further to our disappointment that our kitchen took a year to complete (still one issue unresolved but the chief ignored us), just found out the appliances that they put in are old and out of warranty(or nearly) when they were installed. our kitchen was installed 2020 just before pandemic. the steam oven was purchased by KI in 2018 and warranty ran out in 2020. the serial number doesnt lie . we had issue with it and we asked sienmens to look at it and thats how we found out. Dont trust these expensive cowboys
Satisfied customer
I’m a bit surprised at the average score and poor reviews for customer service given our experience. We were doing our own renovations at the same time as having the new kitchen fitted, leading to extra complications of other tradesmen, me doing the preparations and some issues with some supplied item. Kitchens International couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. They were a bit more expensive than some other quotes, but we liked their design, weren’t overly pushy on the sales and were super helpful when a couple of things did go wrong. Special thanks to Charlie and Peter who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (even after the vast majority of the work was done and the payments made).
Zero stars would be a more accurate…
Zero stars would be a more accurate representation of the level of customer service from Kitchens International (at Sterling Furniture, near Stirling). We are renovating our house and visited the showroom to scope a bathroom and kitchen replacement (on Sunday 29th June). Our children left the showroom in tears due to the disrespectful and patronizing manner in which the manager talked to us about their behaviour. Our children were exploring the kitchen displays and role playing at one of the kitchen islands, e.g. playing with some of the place settings and plastic fruit. The manager said that the 'showroom isn't a softplay'. My daughter became especially upset by his tone, body language, and aggressive stance. It was not befitting of the brand and Kitchens International should investigate the matter. I also got the distinct impression that both he and his assistant had judged that we could not afford the products. This may have clouded their judgement because they did not offer us any help nor did they try to explain the products to us. This is far from reality. We are genuinely in a fortunate position to be able to invest in high end products without compromise. I have never felt so aggreived by a sales representative. He should take long to think about how he acts towards potential clients. For those considering Kitchens International please be aware that behind the glossy broucher there may lie an attitude of contempt and disrespect. In any case avoid the branch at Sterling Furniture.
A company that has no idea about…
A company that has no idea about customer service! They supplies a kitchen at our new build property. One of the drawer facings was damaged when we took possess of the property in October 2021. Replacement was ordered. Fitter arrived in January 2022 (no notification of visit), the drawer facing was the wrong size!. Was advised by the fitter that he would get it changed. Fitter arrived in March 2022 (again no notification), the drawer was the wrong colour! Now awaiting the correct replacement. Still no communication from the company on timings. They have never communicated with ourselves or the property builder on what they are actually doing about the problem. Bottom line, the company is a disgrace in dealing with customer issues

Great service from the designers at the fort showroom (Martin and Frost ) who could not be more helpful also both the project manager and all the tradesmen involved were excellent and left us very happy with our new kitchen .
That was achieved despite the difficulties getting materials and tradesmen during the Covid pandemic .
Excellent throughout
Just had 4th kitchen from KI and absolutely delighted. Excellent quality, great staff and fantastic attention to detail all the way through. 10/10
