A helping hand
It had been some time since my photograph had been taken but Kittle found it and got back to me within 24 hours. They talked me through the process of ordering and they had a wide range of package options to choose from. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Difficulty downloading image

Rubbish website, so expensive
Terrible website , I would like order a photo , that is not simple as I have two photo ID for two sons , they want me to login with password which I never set, could not reset password it si asking secret question about pet which I never chose. So expensive photo (digital download 21pounds) still rubbish website. Now it is obvious I have to wrtite their stupid customer service and waste my time to order 21 pounds digital download.

Good service
Really pleasant to deal with as I made a manual order for digital prints rather than CD.
Emily was really helpful, the ordering process (viewing images etc) was easy and the speed of receiving my photos was good.
The photos are expensive (hence not being 5 stars), but I'm yet to experience a photography service that isn't.
The plain white background is a little cold and could be changed, but ultimately it doesn't take away from the focus on your child.

I'll be encouraging my school to find a new supplier
My child's school has used Kittle for the past two years' photos. And I have not bothered with either.
A plain white backdrop making it look like a passport photo, and you only take the one picture. No choice. No quality control. Nobody even thought to tell my child to fix their messy hair. £21.25 for this?!?! no thanks.
I'm a professional photographer myself. I don't do school photographs, but I would never deliver images like these.

we take time to discuss the backdrop options with the school when booking with us and this is something that they choose. The number of photographs taken per child also depends on different factors such as, the time in which the photographer has to ensure photographs are taken of the entirety of the school and how many times that the school would like taken per child for their school systems.

In regards to school photos, 1 digital photo being £21.25 is extortion plain and simple. They know you either buy it or go without so are taking advantage!
