They told me is free to send it to the school now I have to wait till the whole school order so god know how long as now been waiting two week after email tem they still give me no date to say when? rubbish service

I only ever print the best pics of my boy but the quality of these is so gorgeous.

I bought the pack deal and they’ve turned out to be really good value too.

Beautiful school photo for the second year on the go, prices are fair and lots of options to chose from. The digital download took less than 1 minute after payment to be avaliable, photo of very high quality, very happy.

I had an issue with my order that was meant to be directly delivered to the school, the school or the post lost them, Hayley took my first call and was more than helpful, i then called again today after checking with the school again and she was Amazing she re issued my ordered with no issue. Brilliant customer service and a very professional phone manner.

I would give 0 if I could. The quality is extremely poor. White background is terrible and digital quality is terrible. I paid for photo mount which is white and awful as it totally clashes with the white background. The mount has the company logo on the bottom right hand corner which is an additional disappointment.
This has been a total waste of money.

Little took a photo of one option on a white backdrop when many numerous cheap backdrops are readily available, if not there are many free apps online that can be used to fill in a white background. My school photos all looked beautiful when things were non digital with a lovely background.
They could have considered using a school backdrop instead of using a cheap white but clearly it’s not their kids.
They also wanted us to pay extra for the cardboard mount for a poorly taken photo. Kittle need to understand how important these photos are to parents rather than just a profitable business to them.
Star lane primary school should also be ashamed hiring these photographers just to save themselves a penny or two.

I accidentally put the wrong email in so rung up and they helped me straight away and got it sorted to the right email! Shortly after speaking with them I received my beautiful picture 😊

Had a little problem getting hold of my sons school photo the call center lady was really helpful and gave me all the relevant details to get access to the picture. The picture is great and has been ordered.

My daughter had her school photo taken by Kittle Photographic. The one photo they took is of her mouth half open with a furrowed brow, as if they just snapped away without even telling her to smile. They also didn't include the class photo by accident, and even the url on the flyer for ordering photos was incorrect.

In one word Amazing!! Hayley helped me locate a photo of from 5 years ago with professionalism and care. She really went above and beyond to help me and now I have the physical photo to treasure forever. Thank you.

I ordered school photo but didn't get any confirmation. So sent an email and they sorted it out in minutes for me. They were very helpful polite and friendly. The photos are really good quality. I would highly recommend.

I struggled with actually getting my photo of my son but Kittle were amazing and in the end sent this out free of charge to me. Found the company very professional.

Extremely overpriced, awful web site, and they even couldn't fix the minor clothes issue before making a shot. Wasted efforts and wasted expectations.

School photo disaster… plenty of space above the head of students, yet bottom half of school logo on blazer doesn’t show ! Really disappointing. Unprofessional. Amateur quality photography

At first I was cross as my sons photocard was invalid and the image taken seemingly lost but the company did manage to recover image. Unfortunately the time spend searching ment i had missed free delivery to school but as a goodwill gesture, kittle have sent me the image for free. I actually cannot fault the customer service I received.

Kittle have been doing my kids school pictures for the past 7 years and I'm always so happy with the quality and the price. I lost the details to order my child's picture and you went above and beyond to make sure I could get my child's picture. Kittle are amazing!
