UPDATE: They have made 4 additional attempts to enroll me in the $39.99 "subscription". I had to get AMEX to issue a new card and BLOCK any future transactions. Original Review: My order was deliver... See more

Buyer beware
Testimonials supporting product were false and after ordering I was unable to get a tracking order from two VERY RUDE representatives. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
SCAM company
SCAM company! Do not buy anything! They will add items to your order and charge you multiple times! Had to cancel my credit card and take a lot of time disputing the charges, etc! And forget about calling “customer service”, you’ll just get yelled at by an extremely angry woman, probably the scammer herself! Googled the address for “Klyvera” that was on the credit card charges, and it’s a home residence and not a nice one at that!
The other scam reports are accurate
The other scam reports are accurate. I bought one item for $35. I specifically opted out of the $9.99 insurance, and they charged me anyway. A few weeks later they charged me $39.99 for a membership fee and then gaslit me i to saving I overlooked it. I tried to call, and got an angry woman who said i “got signed up for other companies” and then she hung up on me. I cancelled my credit card because of them.
Not really a gadget person
Not really a gadget person, but this caught my eye. I've had way too many sleepless nights swatting mosquitoes. This racket has bee surprisingly effective, especially with the built-in light. The charging base is convenient, too.
It was a horrible experience
It was a horrible experience. I ordered a car vac on 9/22. They attached a $9.95 protection without my permission saying I called right back to get the $9.95 back. They said they would. Never did. I called back a couple days later. The person answered the phone and when I asked about the $9.95 they were rude and hung up on me. I called back several times and finally got a guy who apologized for them being rude. I got an email days later saying I would get $9.95 but never said it was going back on my card. It came about almost 1 month later in 11 pieces that you had to put together. That wasn’t what the item was in the picture. It’s a SCAM!!!!!!! I called my bank to file a claim against them. Don’t. Order from them!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. DO NOT Buy. SCAM. Tries to charge extra fees and makes you think you are buying a product from their company in the US but it ships from China and takes way too long to get here.
i also was charged $9.95 after…
i also was charged $9.95 after declining; took about 3 weeks to receive merchandise and couldn't track with the original tracking number provided; subsequently they attempted to charge an additional $39.95 to my card unauthorized which necessitated my cancelling that card. Reported the attempted fraud to state attorney general.
Scam company!!!!!
This company is a scam and I am reporting it to the Attorney General's Office of Massachusetts. I had the same experience as others have recently described, ending up in my bank catching the fraudulent charges and canceling my card. I should have known better, but buyer beware for any future buyers out there.
DON'T ORDER BEFORE CHECKING OUT COMPANIES FOR NEGATIVE REVIEWS
I placed an order this week for a $14.99 dog toy with free shipping. As I was finalizing my order a window popped up offering me $9.95 for some additional coverage or better shipping or something so I clicked to decline the offer. As I finalized my order an invoice popped up that showed the $14.99 plus the $9.95 charge. I immediately reached out to them and demanded a refund for the $9.95 and then I started to do a Google search to see if the company had any complaints but I did not find any. What I did find, when I Googled the phone number they provided was a complaint that when you call that number it takes you to an international call center and then they hang up on you. I reached out to the company and demanded they refund my two charges and cancel my order. A half hour later my bank called to ask if I had authorized a payment for $9.95 to a company name that was different than the company name Klyvera or the company name shown with the $9.95 offer so my husband and I spent 40 minutes on the phone with the bank explaining what had happened and then confirming that we did not authorize the $14.99 to a company name other than Klyvera and also the $9.95 to a different company name. The bank has assured us that they are disputing both charges. In the meantime, I did get a sincere apology email from the company that charged the $9.95 and then a second email from the company that was processing the order on behalf of Klyvera. Since then I have found that same item online under several names, including Temu, with prices ranging from $44.95 to $4.50 and then I found reviews on the product which said it was totally a piece of garbage, even at $14.99. I have vowed to move more slowly when I see an item on the internet and investigate companies more thoroughly before placing an order - that takes much less time than having to fight to get your payment back.
this company is a complete scam
this company is a complete scam. charged my credit for 9.95 ultimate shipping. I called several times and was told each time my account was credited. it never was, and I never got the product I ordered. Had to cancel card.
Impossible to communicate with
Impossible to communicate with. Deceptive practice on website, no opportunity to review order before it’s executed. I think this is a scam website to harvest credit card information, avoid!
I ordered yesterday and rejected extra…
I ordered yesterday and rejected extra 9.95 charge screen after i submitted my order. Screen would not go away and charged my account 14 times for 9.95. My bank thankfully declined these charges but it caused me to have to get a new card due to fraudulent charges on my account. I got an email that the actual order was successful but when I go to order tracking, the screen freezes and doesn't go anywhere.
Tried to buy a pressure washer…
Tried to buy a pressure washer extension , looked good and good price. But something happened during the transaction causing my card to be declined. I told the cad it was me and to accept the transaction and they did. I keep getting texts from whoever runs the shopping to complete my order, so I wrote an inquiry . The reply was prompt and asked for more info. Looks like they have outsourced everything and no one is in charge .
Forced an unwanted warranty
Got a 29.95 lamp and rejected their 9.95 warranty. Still was charged the 9.95. Their toll-free is not working, their chat non-existent.
Further, they charge a 25% "re-stocking fee".
Beware!
First time ordering
I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm glad I gave them a try. Everything went better than I hoped. The packaging, delivery, communication. I'll be recommending Klyvera to friends
