Scam website. They tried charging my card 12 times for one purchase and my credit card company flagged them as fraudulent. DO NOT USE!

Why are these Chinese scams that are filling the internet and posing as US-based companies allowed to exist? Why aren't they being fined and/or shut down? I received the so-called earplugs and it's a total piece of trash product that doesn't work. My $5 earplugs from the drug store work better and don't cost $20. It says on website they are in MA and if you're not happy with the product you can easily return for a refund.. but they came from China, and of course, I'm not going to be able to ship them back to CHINA...! Ugh. These days you really can only order from known and trusted websites/brands, because these hucksters are flooding the earth with their cheap plastic scam crap.

This company is the worse. The steal ur funds . And send nonsense if they send u anything at all . On top of them having terrible products . They will charge ur card multiple time for things u didnt purchase . And still try to take money fro. You long after the purchase is done. I brought something from the Nov.4 not only did it not show up but they tried to charge my card on Nov.22 3 times For 39.99 a piece . Just stay away if you can . 0 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I paid for my online order with Klyvera for $14.97, then another window pops up that says, "Complete your Order" so I push the button. But this completes a second order for $10.48 which I do NOT want. They scammed me into it with misleading text. 14 seconds after this fiasco, my card gets charged $9.99 by TuloHealth.co. Moments later there was a second charge for $9.99.

Do not give them your money. I did receive a product (shipped straight from China) but about 2 weeks later I get charged $39.99 from them with something fraudulent and I had to cancel my credit card.

Ordered a $15. Clock and was offered a $10. Proctection plan. Tried over and over to decline but it was added anyway. Contacted customer service to cancel order and person was very difficult to understand but was rude, dismissive, and loud! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I need to find a pair of shoes for our oldest grandson who is very tall and has very large feet and I love him very much. And the one place that I found a pair of shoes that look very sporty and very fun for him at his age was Klyvera. So I purchased the shoes and it just seemed like they weren’t coming. I wasn’t hearing anything from the company and I had no idea where the shoes were in the shipping and then today I opened up a package my husband brought in the house and it was from them and it was the shoes and they are absolutely excellent. I’m very excited to take them over and show our grandson. It turns out the company is overseas and when I did contact them, they were very happy to get back to me and told me that they saw that the shoes our package had clear customs and generally when that happens, I get it very quickly after that so I’m very pleased with this company and please with the product that I have received from them

I, too, was scammed. Two fraudulent charges appeared immediately and I had to cancel my card.

Update. Surprisingly, I received the items I ordered. (I didn't expect to after seeing the fraudulent charges.) I am pleased with the style and quality. I stand by my 1 star review due to the fraudulent charges. After seeing the product, I would encourage this company to clean up their act and strive to be legitimate.

I purchased a pair of waterproof garden shoes. They arrived at my front door in about 6 days. It took a bit longer than promised. When I reached out to them to enquirer about the delivery date they responded within a few hours to assure me they were on the way and would be here in the next day or two.
Unfortunately, the shows were too small. The shows were clear marked size 39 which is about an 8.5 US. I wear a 7.5 so was very disappointed.
I reached out again asking for a refund. They showed me where it was clearly stated on the website that all items that are on sale are final sales. I know it is a common policy. I should have known. Regardless, they worked with me. I don’t understand the extreme negative reviews. IMO, this company is legit. They didn’t have to help me yet they did. I am more than satisfied with the way they treated me. They were not obligated to do anything for me because of their policy yet they did. My advice, if you order their water proof gardening shoes, or a full size larger. It’s the padding that makes them so snug. The shoes themselves would have been perfect for my needs had they fit

My item purchased was not as described on website. When I ordered it said I would receive a full refund if returned within 30 days. One day after receiving item I tried to return but was told I would only receive 50% since it was "sale" item which did not say that when I ordered! I have contacted seller twice and was told I would get refund but still have not received anything. This last time I contacted seller the rep was very rude and told me I was trying to get a refund when I could not give him order number right away and was placed on hold for several minutes. Once I gave him order number he said to check my email regarding status and hung up on me! I felt like he did not want to listen to me or wanted to help me make things right as a customer. I will never suggest this website to anyone!

I was hacked seconds after using my visa card with this company! I intuitively knew something wasn't right, the klyvera.com site did not offer Paypal as an option and did not charge s/h or tax on a 24.99 item. When I emailed them to let them know I was hacked I got an email from some strange email address saying "how sorry they were" but I think this was part of the scam. My bank caught the fraud right away and cancelled my card. I had to contact the bank though to cancel the original purchase. Do Not Buy From This Company!

Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They scammed me. I bought two hummingbird feeders that were misrepresented in size. They came small enough to fit in a dollhouse, 100% unusable. They agreed to a full refund and continue to say the refund went through. It never did. They keep blaming my bank and then give me transactions numbers that are made up. Disgusting company and the people who work there are even more disgusting. Scammer 100%. Any good reviews have to be fake. Sickening. I will never stray from Amazon again.

Don't buy anything from this site! I ordered 1 clock but I receiver and was charged for 2. Subsequently, I was fraudulently charged at least three different times by the same company. After the first fraudulent charge, I called and asked them to remove my card from their system. They said they would and I would get a confirmation email saying it was removed and the charge reversed. Instead, no email and at least two more charges appeared. Don't trust the post subsequent to mine, it will likely be 5 stars, also fraudulent, look for the pattern.

Do NOT do business with this company! I had the worst shopping, shipping, return process ever. The took part of my funds and applied them to store credit. The product arrived 3 weeks later, when their site said it would ship within 3-5 business days. Their customer service team never provided accurate shipping/tracking information. Ge elsewhere to do business, do not shop this page!

I've tried several times to speak with someone to return a purchase only to encounter RUDE individuals that gives no answers and will hang up on you. I'm contacting the BBB and the States Attorney General's office hoping that other people won't have to go through this nightmare

Klyvera, also d/b/a Vershop, places unauthorized charges on your credit card as long as a month after the order is delivered. I had to get a new card number to get away from these thieves. As far as the product (metal polish) it took a month to get here and doesn’t work as advertised. Cheap Chinese junk, its price inflated by tariffs. Not even getting into the additional $9.95 they tried to charge for expedited delivery.

This company will charge for purchases you did not make and are scammers! Every time a 1 star review is added notice that a 5 star review with a generic name is added right after it. Do not buy anything from this scam company! They should be shut down and I have submitted complaints to the BBB and to the Attorney General.

Sitting at a desk all day leaves my back tense and stiff. This massage pad makes that problem a lot more manageable. Each mode gives a different type of relief, which keeps it from feeling repetitive. Even quick sessions during launch breaks make a difference!

After struggling with streaks and missed spots for years, I finally caved and bought this. It's oddly satisfying to use. The handle extends further than I thought, and the brush itself doesn't scratch. Definitely makes cleaning windows less of a hassle.
