From start to finish, it was a great experience. From the minute I rang up to seeing Kara was excellent. Kara listened to my issues and worked on my ears very efficiently causing no pain or discomfort. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Kara and her team.

Such a friendly and welcoming little hidden gem in the heart of Truro . Kara and Dave me feel so at ease from the minute I walked in to the clinic and were so informative. Highly recommend it

Kara was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel safe and relaxed when she was using her equipment. My ears were very blocked with wax and I could see on a screen as she explained every step of the process, it’s great to hear clearly again. I will certainly go back for regular checks and have no hesitation in recommending her.

An initial appointment for a very thorough hearing test and assessment of my hearing followed by an appointment for the fitting and programming of my new hearing aids. All very efficient with everything carefully explained and plenty of time for questions. Also information on connecting to Bluetooth etc. I have another appointment scheduled to check how I am finding the aids and further information on using them. Kara was has been very thorough and friendly throughout and Dave welcomed us with coffee on arrival.

Booked for a hearing test which didn't go ahead due to me requiring microsuction first.
Audiologist was very informative and the procedure was faultless. A pleasant experience in safe hands, I will be back for my hearing test and then K&M will be my go to for future cleaning.

KM hearing were brilliant. Friendly and professional, clearly explaining the whole process. The practise was well thought out, clean and welcoming.

I visited today with my 14 year old daughter for the first time to have ear wax removed. We were welcomed in at reception and offered drinks while we waited. When in treatment room, Kara was great and explained every step of what she was doing. She really put my daughter at ease for the whole experience. I found that the service was excellent and we will definitely be returning should we need to. Also this is the only setting that I've found locally that does paediatric ear wax removal (hoovering) as noone else that i spoke with is insured to treat anyone under the age of 16. We were so pleased with the whole experience today. Would highly recommend 😀

I had gone for ear wax removal. Upon thorough examination, it was revealed that the procedure wasn't necessary. Kara conducted a detailed audiometric assessment and explained the findings in a detailed and analytical manner. The consultation fee was minimal and the follow up process highly prompt and professional. Kara and Dave also are highly courteous individuals and offered to make me a beverage while I was waiting. This is a very honest and highly exemplary practice. Highly recommended!

I booked hearing tests with a national company and with K&M, in the same way one always obtains more than one quote for building work for example. The overall experience at K&M was on an entirely different level. Significantly superior equipment, and in a bespoke environment rather than a rented room in somebody else’s premises. Considering how thorough Kara’s services are I expected her prices to be considerably higher than the other provider, but they were in fact lower.

Kara and Dave are super friendly and provide an exceptional and professional service. Everything is explained and there is no pressure to buy or do anything at all. As Kara says, we will be on a long journey together as she supports her clients over many years, so it’s important we trust each other and get along. Well, I can’t imagine anybody not liking Kara!

I had no idea what to expect when I went to have my hearing tested: I can now hear properly again!
Kara explained what the tests showed, what my options were, then showed me how to make the most of my new hearing aids. Quite apart from the excellent professional treatment, she is an excellent communicator and kept me well informed about my condition and the professional solutions throughout the process. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Kara was friendly, approachable and professional. I was booked for a wax removal, which turned out was not necessary, as I was concerned about slight hearing loss I had a hearing test and was given various options based on the outcome. Kara took time to explain everything to me and was very helpful in offering advice. A very good experience overall and I will be returning in the future.
