Ordered a bespoke sideboard and a slatted room divider, both in walnut. Both are quite beautiful, with matching grain across drawers, which is a lovely touch.
Great interaction with team through design and making -very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to use them again.

The quality of the work is faultless and we have a kitchen table and a sideboard from these guys . but what is even more impressive was the end to end experience. We went through multiple revisions to the plans as we worked out what would work best - team were super patient - always updated quickly , all questions answered promptly. Invoicing and delivery super smooth. Great product, great company -make it very easy to support a small business

Absolutely awful customer “service”. I ordered two “ready to ship” items and tried to arrange delivery to Norfolk. I was told this was a problem due to the distance (it’s Norfolk, England!) and would take many weeks. Eventually, they arranged a delivery. Bearing in mind part of the delivery was a 2.4 metre solid wood table into a ground floor study I checked to see the arrangements for bringing the items into my home. I was told it was just one man and he wouldn’t be able to unload the furniture items! I asked if they could make other arrangements (they didn’t offer this) and they said possibly but it would be “a lot more expensive”, I said how much as I was happy to pay but they didn’t tell me. It was a very painful experience. I purchased two items online recently and they have just refunded without any communication.

I would avoid them at all costs, it sounds like their aftercare is appalling too and the furniture itself can be very poor. I didn’t actually ever receive any furniture so I can’t comment on that but my experience was dreadful. Very time consuming, a huge waste of time and a level of rudeness and unhelpfulness which no company which wants to survive should ever allow.

I received my beautiful walnut desk last week and it's a joy to look at and touch. The craftsmanship is right up there and the whole ordering and delivery was as friction free as the desk's drawer closing mechanism.

Had a bespoke shelf made. Service was excellent and timely with great communication and attention to detail. Went above and beyond to create and visualise what we needed. And the delivered product was to a fantastic quality. Thank you Konk!

Having given Konk a 5 star review previously I feel that I had to give an update as the table just hasn't stood the test of time. When we first received the table we were so happy with it. But after only a few weeks it began to mark badly and Konk took the table back to re-finish it as they said the varnish hadn't cured. We were without a table for a few weeks and then once back we thought this would solve the issues. Sadly not. This was a very expensive piece of furniture and gets used in a busy household daily. I do believe that a dining table should be able to be used without marking and staining. I am now having to find a local wood worker to help varnish the table properly as Konk refused to re-finsh it a second time. I was told that we should be re-finishing it every 6 months to prevent staining. And this just seems unacceptable for a piece such as dining table which is used daily. Really dissappointing.

Overall dissapointed. Paid a lot for a lovely design of walnut Pakt dining table and chairs, and arrived fairly quickly, but some finishing issues with sanding and joints. Got a lot of apologies and was picked up was told it would be perfect and handled by the workshop manager, another couple of weeks to find a Zoof (owned by konk) delivery slot. It’s come back now and the finishing just isn’t there, there’s visible joint gaps, sanding scratches and parts of the table with curves look like they’ve just been hacked and sanded at, making wonky curves.

Overall what looks like a lovely design is let down by attention to detail and finishing, really dissapointing, lesson learnt.

Writing this because i debated about ordering such expensive furniture from a relatively small bespoke company myself but thought is good to support but the real experience I’ve personally found the quality is not up to it sadly

I love my desk!

I had been looking for a hardwood desk for a while. But it had to be a special piece, a piece that I was passionate about because of its design, quality and material. And at Konk Furniture I found exactly what I was looking for. Despite the distance, the treatment and communication has been excellent and the responses quick.

We bought one unit and were so pleased we bought another. Great flexibility with design and it was brilliant to be able to communicate with the team to have the furniture made to exactly the size and specification we needed. The option to have a RAL paint colour was also a great extra.

Great support and service throughout when we were in the process of choosing dining table options. The zoom call was particularly helpful. We’ve now received our table and it’s better than we could have ever expected. Fantastic quality.

What an amazing company. We received our bespoke piece of furniture today and were thrilled with the price , quality and design of the cabinet. We thought custom built would be ultra expensive but not so. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Customer service was friendly and responsive. Delivery was on time and very efficient (by Grant & Rick) plus Grant made sure the furniture was adjusted correctly. Can’t recommend Konk highly enough

Company was very straightforward to deal with and staff have been very clear and helpful in making sure our order met all our requirements. We are very pleased with our finished shelf unit which was finished to a high standard and delivered on time.

Konk have been fantastic to work with - great communication along the way, quick replies, and I love the fact that you can work with them to adapt their existing designs or to create your own piece altogether. The dining table we bought is also beautiful - a great range of finishes to choose from. Miles apart from anything you'd find elsewhere in terms of quality.

i ordered a custom desk from Konk and the whole process was very easy. I provided a drawing and some constraints and they came back with plans and measurements to check. The desk was delivered by their own team and it looks great.
Highly recommended.
