I got my Cushion delivered damaged by the post delivery service and Kooshy team sent me immediately in express delivery. My 3 years old son enjoyed it so much and so do I as i can rest my feet and rest the whole time!
Nice product. Everything great about it... Except you can't use on Australian Airline Qantas despite closings by the company otherwise - given Australian product it is useless and has no purpose now. Waste of money do not buy.

I can’t imagine the long flight without the self inflating Kooshy kids kooshin! Truly made the flight so much more comfortable for my two little girls. They slept like they would in their own beds. We also purchased the Kooshy kids headphones, this was used as intended but also helped block out some of the overstimulating noise a plane can have and also we used them as an eye mask for the kids.

I paid in full for my order on 8 November (Order #175192) and as of 13 January 2026, I still have not received my two cushions.
I contacted customer service multiple times starting 21 December. Each time, I was told “we will check with our fulfilment team and get back to you” — but no one ever did. I sent three follow-up emails, spaced a week apart, and received no meaningful update or resolution.
At this point, it’s disappointing and concerning how this has been handled, especially for a paid order that is over two months overdue. I expected much better communication and accountability from a brand I had previously trusted.
I recently purchased SELF-INFLATING Kooshy Kids Kooshion during Black Friday sale for my young boys for next long distance trip. But there was a mistake when I received products. I emailed customer service and they replied so quickly and fixed issue within 20 minutes! Their customer service was beyond my expectations! Made me think how great this company is. My order came very quick considering the big sales they were doing as well.I felt in love with this honest company even before using their products.
Of course my boys slept well on the plane .
Recently published Kooshy kids bed for my family trip, it’s one of the best ever investment I made. It make our trip a lot easier, as soon as plane in the air my kids went to sleep long hours in the all 3 trips thanks Kooshy kids
We purchased a bunch of goodies for our trip to Europe in may this year. We purchased the self inflatable sky bunk for our 2 year old Daughter. As soon as we got it we checked it out and my daughter was absolutely stoked. We let it sit out inflatable for 24 hours and it stayed inflated the while time. My daughter soon laid down on it and was so happy. Thanks again kooshy kids. We cant wait to use it on the plane. 10/10 service!
I recently purchased the 4 to 6 year olds girls travel entertainment kit and I would definitely not recommend purchasing this!
The website states the items have been chosen for plane travel in mind and won't be easily lost. Also, it states the contents will be worth $69.95 or more and from leading Australian brands, like Tiger Tribe and Wild Republic.
This is not the case, I understand contents may vary to what's shown on the website but there is no way the contents are $69.95 or more. At most, I'd say the contents are worth less than $30. Plus, all the contents are not plane appropriate. A ball that a 4 year old can throw and potentially hit someone else on a plane. Even if my child was older, I still wouldn't take a ball on a plane, I don't deem this appropriate for a plane activity.
If I could add a photo I would but appears one can't be uploaded.
If I could get a refund I would but unfortunately after emailing them there has been no response. It's very disappointing.

Received the product and followed instructions to check there were no faults. There was indeed a major fault - the kooshion deflated within minutes of inflation! Took a video of inflating the product as requested by the company and they agreed there was a fault and offered a replacement or store credit. A replacement could not be made immediately as they were out of stock and couldn't replace the product before the flight and a store credit is useless if you can't get an out of stock kooshion in time for the trip. We requested a refund and the store have effectively refused it as here we are 3+ weeks later with no confirmation or update on a refund.
Don't waste your time with this company! buy the exact same thing elsewhere.

Hi Lou, Yes, you did provide a refund - many weeks after the initial request for refund and weeks after the flight had taken place and only after I had put in complaints to the ACCC, Fair Trading and posted 3x 1-star online reviews. Also, you did NOT recommend or suggest purchasing from another brand. Please don’t lie. Your lies prove you either take zero care in your customers, have poor attention to detail, or at worst, are deceptive in your business practices. I am writing this review to warn others to use extreme caution when dealing with Kooshy Kids. We had a terrible experience regarding both their sales tactics and their integrity as a business.
We were pressured into a purchase by a "sale ending in 10 minutes" countdown on their site. Before buying, we specifically asked their chatbot if there were restrictions for the airline we were flying. The chatbot explicitly stated there were "no known restrictions with any airlines." Based on this, and the ticking clock, we bought the product.
Immediately after, we confirmed with our airline that the product is actually prohibited. Upon digging deeper into the Kooshy Kids website, we found our airline was indeed listed on their own "known restrictions" list—meaning their chatbot provided blatantly false information to secure a sale.
When we contacted them to request a refund due to this misleading advice, they refused. They hid behind a "no refunds/store credit only" policy, even though the error was entirely their fault. We were forced to escalate this to the Ombudsman, who directed Kooshy Kids to issue a refund for misleading conduct.
To make matters worse, even after the Ombudsman directed them to return our money, they still did not refund the postage and packaging costs. This is incredibly poor form given the purchase only happened because they provided false information.
Finally, we later noticed the same "countdown timer" on the item again, suggesting the "urgent sale" is just a manipulative tactic to rush parents into buying. Very disappointing conduct from start to finish.

The staff members at Kooshy are so responsive and very quick at answering queries. Very happy with the service and the quality of product. I have yet to take them travelling but I can't wait for the kids to have a more comfortable flight.

This is the best 'flight item' I've ever gifted ourselves/invested in. Absolutely loved our Kooshy Klouds (I bought one for myself too! and had the best sleep inflight). My daughter slept so well (almost the whole flight) and I didn't have to hold her in my arms nor worry about her rolling off the seat. That meant we were all able to have a good rest on the flight and wake up wishing the flight was a lot longer. I had to reposition her a few times during the flight, but lifting up the Kloud with her in it, didn't wake her up as lifting her in my arms would have. Looking forward to the next flight already!!

My family's trip to Bali got off to an incredible start thanks to the owner of Kooshie Kids at Melbourne airport. After purchasing the original Sky Bunk online, I was showing it to my friends at the airport when the owner approached me and, in a truly generous gesture, swapped it for the new self-inflating version at no extra cost. This unexpected upgrade made a huge difference on our flight. The self-inflating Sky Bunks were fast and quiet to set up and, most importantly, completely stress-free. My kids (ages 2 and 4) had a great flight, sleeping comfortably and soundly. The beds also created a perfect, contained play space while they were awake, keeping their toys from disappearing under the seats. Packing the beds away was just as easy. They deflated quickly and fit back into their bags without a struggle. These Sky Bunks are a fantastic product, and I can't recommend them enough for a smoother travel experience with kids.

I have ordered a few times from Kooshy Kids and every time it arrives SO fast. I love my powerbank, kloud, free gifts I have received (bags etc) and even during the sale I had to reach out and still got amazing and quick customer service even though I could tell on socials they were very busy. Can't wait to see what comes out next!!!

We have been purchasing products from Kooshy Kids since early 2020 and have never once had a bad experience during a purchase, or with customer service following each order.
We travel extensively, both with the kids and without (work) and at one point I think we might have actually owned every single item that the store sold... this list includes a self-inflating SkyBunk, OG Kooshy Kloud, OG Kooshy Kooshion, multiple types of chargers, luxury eye masks, passport cases, bluetooth receivers to use our own headphones, several different styles (and models) of bluetooth headband headphones, luxury inflatable neck pillows, several different travel backpacks and at one point my primary nappy bag, kids travel activity packs, hygiene kits (ie seatback insert, tray table cover and headrest cover), casual drawstring bags to hold the kids items, covid masks and filters (back when they were required), both models of the fold up travel tray table, and multiple hanging wardrobes.
When using our inflatable travel items on international flights, we've never been asked to put them down or put them away, but then we haven't travelled on any airlines that aren't on the approved list. In fact, we try to avoid airlines that don't approve these items as they create such comfort for both the kids and for us (the Kooshions and Klouds are comfy for adults too!). Honestly, I dont know what I would have done on many flights if not for the genius technology provided by this store. I look forward to seeing what innovations they come up with in the future.

Ordered kooshy kids inflatable for the plane for our kids when we were going overseas from one of there paid adds running, airline wouldn't allow us to use it on the flight , then saw a video when we came back to Australia saying we had to check on there website if the airline we were on is part of there approved list , maybe you should inform customers before purchasing on the add your running out of pocket $300 sent an email they couldn't even respond back
Rubbish company and very miss leading dont buy from them.
