My 3 yr slept 11 hours on the plane thanks to the Kooshy cushion. He was so comfy that he even slept through our next 3 hours plane.
I’m forever grateful for this invention!

Purchased two sky bunks for my 2yr old and 4 yr old for a 6 hour flight. Tested the inflation of the product prior, all fine. On the plane, skybunks inflated fine and my boys were happy sitting on them. However when it came time to go to sleep and my boys lied down, the other end of the skybunk would dip down way too much despite being inflated. This was impacting the people sitting in front of us, as my boys would roll into the seats in front. Please bear in mind my boys are small for their age, and their age is well within the recommended age for this product. Our boys couldn’t sleep on a tilting skybunk and it wasn’t fair on the passengers in front so we deflated the products. We didn’t bother to use them on the flight home.
When I contacted Kooshy about the issue, they ignored me time and time again unless I followed up. They first requested photos, which I provided. They requested confirmation from the airline, which I couldn’t provide because we did the right thing by taking the skybunks down at the request of other passengers. They then asked for a video of our sons lying on the skybunk, but it was impossible to recreate an aeroplane environment.
I don’t consider there was any issue with the inflation of the product, it just isn’t a great product, and the subsequent customer service experience was awful. Do not recommend.

I’m so glad I added the Kooshy Kids Transit Cover to my order. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing my purchase was protected from the moment it left the warehouse until it arrived at my door. For such a small cost, the value is incredible—especially when you’re buying products that make family travel so much easier.

I love that Kooshy Kids have thought of everything, right down to offering this extra protection for parents like me who just want a stress-free experience. It makes the whole process feel so much more secure, and I wouldn’t place an order without it now. Highly recommend adding the Transit Cover—it’s a no-brainer!

I am OBSESSED with these headphones. I went back and bought a second pair for me after I tried my kid’s ones. I had a set years ago that were meant for adults and the speaker dug into my ear and hurt, keeping me awake. These are amazing!! The speakers are encased in foam and so comfortable.
I love them, super fast shipping and great quality.

Kooshy kids were so helpful in their quick response and communication and allowing me to return an incorrect item and getting the correct item. We are excited to use our self inflating product on our next flight.

Amazing product! Not only for plane travels. But it is great for long drives with kids, even at movies for adults, it's very comforting :)

Very happy! I thought it was not going to arrive in time for my trip and the team email replied to me within the hour!! Incredible customer service and the Kloud is incredible. Cannot wait to use for my 20 month old on her first 14 hour flight.

I came across Kooshy kids when preparing for an upcoming long flight with my infant. When I saw the Kooshion I know for sure I have to have one! It's on the pricey side so I browsed for substitute but I just kept looking back on the kooshion and kloud! 😅Boy! The delivery time was fast. I like how they include a free mystery item. I was delighted to be honest. All items were premium quality and all thoughtfully curated for a comfortable travel. Though I had encounter an issue with the kooshion, their Customer Service is excellent and had it resolved! Great at communication. They always respond quickly. So at this point I am already impressed! Will write another review on our experience once we use it. Thumbs up to the owner and all the people working for the brand. 👏👍👌

These people are crooks. Their return policy is absurd. We were out of town at the time of our product delivery and it ended up being returned to sender. They wanted to charge me an insane amount of money to have it re-shipped. When I asked for a refund instead I got a passive aggressive run around about how they don’t offer refunds. I’ll definitely be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company.

We purchased the Sky Bunk and handheld automatic pump and I couldn't be happier with our purchases. Even though my toddler is tall for his age, he was able to curl up very snuggly on our recent flight to Bali and he absolutely loved it! We caught the red eye home and he slept the WHOLE WAY home, which allowed me to get some sleep too without him putting his head or legs all over me. I was even able to rest my legs on the bed at one point too! The edge of the bed has a cushion too so he could rest his head on that. We flew Virgin and none of the air hostesses said anything to us about it :)

The hand pump is awesome!! It inflates the bed quickly in around a minute or two, it makes a slight high pitched sound however it is over very quickly and no one even noticed what I was doing. The air pump also came in very handy at our villa where we could easily and effortlessly inflate the blow up pool toys. I will use this again and again in future.
Both items were well worth the investment and I would highly recommend to anyone considering them - it will make your life a whole lot easier.

Happy returned customer here ! Bought the adventure bag for my girl as it fits all her requirement. Then I bought another one for a spare. High quality , got lots of pocket / division/ shoe pockets , nice color. My girl is very happy with the bag as it is bigger than normal school bag and looks great. Moreover, customer support is so quick and very supportive. They responded very quick , and fixed the issue without asking too much. You won’t regret buying from this company 😃

Travelling with kids can be tough, but Kooshy Kids has made it so much easier and more enjoyable! We recently used their Kooshy Kids Kooshion for a long-haul flight, and it was an absolute game-changer. Our child was able to lie flat and sleep comfortably, which meant less stress for us as parents too.

The quality of the product is excellent—durable, easy to inflate and deflate, and fits perfectly between airplane seats. It’s lightweight and packs down into a small bag, which made it easy to carry through the airport.

Customer service was also top-notch. Shipping was fast, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We also appreciate that the Kooshion is approved by many airlines (make sure to check before you fly!).

I would highly recommend Kooshy Kids to any parent travelling with young children. It made our journey smoother, and more importantly, it helped our little one stay well-rested and happy.

I made a purchase just under 2 weeks ago and I received a tracking number however I could not seem to track my parcel and after a week of waiting I decided to get in touch with the delivery company and they said that there was no record of my parcel in their system and that I should get in touch with kooshy kids. I then decided to email them and they were just so helpful and went about to checking and finding out what went wrong with my order. They found out that my order must've gotten lost in transit and has decided to send me a replacement order 🥹 I am beyond grateful and so thankful, and not only that one of my purchase items is now out of stock so they processed a refund for me. Cannot stop singing praises for this company! If you're reading and thinking of you should make that purchase I can assure you, you are in good hands! Thank you Kooshy kids for helping out now and in the future with our family travels! Xx

Not the type to make reviews, however I have received such appalling customer service from Kooshy Kids that this had to be made. Consider carefully before supporting this business.

Purchased a mid-year mega bundle package from them on the night of 12/06/2025. After making the purchase, we realised the price we were charged was different from the initial advertised price (have screenshot of the initial advertised price).

Contacted them roughly an hour after making the purchase regarding the price difference. They replied the same night with a slacking apology stating that it was due to a ‘slight glitch’. This ‘glitch’ was highly convenient for them as the advertisement (picture/illustration of the bundle with a price text) had to be designed, edited, reviewed, etc. I question how this ‘glitch’ could have occurred and whether this was part of their marketing ploy all along.

Nonetheless, I requested if they could honour the initial advertised price, or if not feasible, a full refund. Unfortunately, they said they could not do either as it did not comply with their policy. Funny enough, their policy states the following ‘Subject to the rights granted to you by statutory consumer protection legislation, Kooshy Kids Pty Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind’. The case was not due to a change of mind, but due to false advertisement as clearly seen.

Any business/person with some decency and common sense would just cancel the order as it was an issue on their end. Considering they replied the same night, they could of just cancelled the order and refunded our money.

They shipped the item the following day…

Useless product and very bad customer service - I do not recommend this company or product.

I purchased this product a while ago but sadly it has never worked I assume they sent me a faulty product but it may just not work properly all together.

I purchased this product and tried to blow it up but as soon as I tried to get the air in it came gushing out it was almost like something was missing - with 4 kids rushing to the airport I just left it at home and didn't email them to ask if there is a fault. During our next annual holiday I remembered that I had it and contacted them that I believe something is missing. They then informed me if I pay £30 I can get that little replacement piece. I then wrote a review about this and the owner multiple times said that the customer service got back to me even though they never did ( ignored my emails) and then she said as I purchased it over a year ago she stands by her team ( who didn't have the audacity to even properly responds team).

In summary:
- the product never worked as I received a faulty product/ or it doesn't work all together
- customer service was below anything I have ever experienced
- I should have informed them straight away but that doesn't justify charging a customer £30 for a faulty product and providing horrendous customer service by not even responding

It's a real shame as I like to support small businesses but the team really need a training in customer service and the product ( that I received) doesn't and has never worked and consequently I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never be purchasing from them again!

Don't waste your money! Better and cheaper products out there. Can get the equivalent of their kooshy cushion on Temu for $3.

I do have their product and received it as a gift ( happy to provide proof that I own this product by sharing a picture of it). I don't find the quality great and I can't recommend this product.

I bought my daughter something similar from Temu and it worked just as well for a fraction of the price - it's a blow up cushion- airlines really don't look at the brand etc. I stand by my review.

I’ve compared different inflatable footrest but the price and how they stand behind their products were appealing to me. I used it on my trip to Japan which was 12 hours and it was such a necessity for us! We’ve been on a 3 hr flight with our 3 toddlers without one and it was awful, especially when they were tired. We got it for our 12 hr flight and it was the best decision! The kids got to nap comfortably and even I put my foot on it and it made the 12 hrs more bearable.

Don't buy, it's a scam. What business does not allow a cancellation of order that was made a minute ago, especially when it was accidentally pressed.

We recently used the Kooshy Kids Headband Headphones on a long-haul flight, and I can confidently say they were a total lifesaver. From the moment we boarded, my children were calm, entertained, and most importantly—comfortable! Unlike bulky traditional headphones that never seem to stay put on little heads, these soft, stretchy headband headphones fit perfectly and stayed in place the entire flight.
The sound quality is excellent—clear but not too loud, making it perfect for protecting little ears. My children were able to watch movies, listen to audiobooks, and even fall asleep with the headband still on, which doubled as a cozy sleep mask. No complaints of sore ears or constant adjustments like we’ve had in the past.
They’re also incredibly lightweight and easy to pack—no tangling cords or awkward shapes to stuff into carry-ons. Honestly, I wish these were around when I was a kid!
If you’re planning a flight with young children, Kooshy Kids Headband Headphones are an absolute must. Comfort, practicality, and peace of mind all in one brilliant product. Highly recommend!
