They do not deserve 1 star but there…
They do not deserve 1 star but there isnt an option for negative stars. This must be the worst organisation on the planet. I purchased a 55 inch tv and paid for the 5 year total support, no questions asked, insurance. It should be called zero support. The tv had a fault that the shop refused to address saying it has to be handled by the technical department. It was taken away to be fixed. That took 11 days and only because of numerous chasers. When they returned the TV they had scratched the LCD screen. 15 calls and 15 days later and numerous complaints, i have still not had any new tv, reimbursement or even a phone call back. They claim they will call but not once has anyone called and everytime i call i have to go through the whole situation again as you talk to a different person. Appalling and actually unbelievable they are still in business.
Not even one star if the had half,I…
Not even one star if the had half,I would put half,I had read previous bad reviews about that superstore and I couldn’t believe it.Decided to update my laptop with a surface pro 7 i5 after they have convinced me of their retiring program of my old laptop to sent it back to take a refund of 100 euro. Plus 10 euro for shipping .for the details I had a fully working old surface pro 4 i7 256 gb. But with damaged screen which I already told them before I bought the new one. After they have deceived me of buying the new one and sending the old one by my one expenses I get a message that they have reevaluated the case and only refund 50 euro no shipping. This was a big shame and a surprise to me as they are so descrasful in their contracts.I was such an idiot and sucker on buying with them and not support small trustworthy shops and not big faceless frauds.never again ,Stay away............
Could have been better
Could have been better as a shop, service, stock. Not particularly good price-wise either.
Worst Shopping Experience
I received a confirmation email, I went to pick up my item and the order was void. Stay away from this shop for your mental health.
