This is the worst experience

This is the worst experience ! We wanted a brand new tv, we decided the tv we wanted so we started the procedure to buy the tv and after 1 hour that we waited to bring us the tv , they told us that the tv is not in stock, because of the Bad communication between the staff ! Also they were so rude , they were fighting in front of us and at the end no apologize !

Disaster

Disaster. 3 years ago i bought a washing machine of LG and it cost me 1.3K. In addition i paid more to buy the 5 years service in order to be covered. 3 weeks ago the washing machine stopped working and i called them to sent the service engineer. came a guy that looks like service engineer cause for sure he wasn't and he told us that it was problem with the cables and he will order spare parts. We called them to see whats happenning and they dont even have us filled in their system. Nobody knows nothing. that was last week. depsite my emails and phone calls nobody is replying. i went to the Kotsovolos shop in Nea Erythraia where i bought it and they told me to go to service. More or less i understand that i paid for Nothing. Dont ever BUY from them; i will not do it again and i am very lucky that happen now and i will avoid them in the future.

TERRIBLE..

TERRIBLE... !!! Never again shopping from them.. I order a battery for a drone several months ago, and after changing the date of delivery numerous times, on the end, simply they was not able to find my order on their system. Waiting for someone to answer the phone, is a very painful experience for the ears, having to listen to a repetitive message, like from an old gramophone. They hide from their customers having the lower rank employees to take the heat from the angry customers.. I never was able to talk to a manager or higher rank official from this company. Always hiding.. Terrible shopping experience EVERY TIME.. NEVER AGAIN. I hope i will get my money back. Probably i will have to go through hell i guess.. I am planing to report them. Stay away from this company. There is much better options out there..

No respect for customers

Athough I am their customer for more than 20 years, this is my last time buying from them. Their eshop service is atleast insulting. For start, I'm waiting for more than 2 hours on the phone for them to give me the RF bank code to prepay them by bank transfer. They're supposed to sent it by sms which they never did. Strangely enough, they refuce to send it by email although they sent the order. At my request to receive the bank code by email the denied, so I'm here wasting my time, trying my nerves waiting at the phone. No other eshop has such lousy policies, well no more.

Poor customer and recycling service

Recently I have purchased an expensive double doors refrigerator. I have stressed out that this purchase was urgent because my old appliance stopped working. My order no was ΤΛΕ6Φ ΟΟ4509.Although they promised 24hr delivery, the appliance delivered later. This caused problem to place the appliance in the house. The deal was to deliver the appliance in front of the door and come next day to pickup the old one for recycling. They came 3 days later and when they came to collect the appliance, they start making any kind of remarks about how inconvenient is for them to provide services. They even refused to take the package material of the new appliances.
In conclusion kotsovolos customer service is very poor, recycling service totally unacceptable, simply don't buy from them.

I placed several orders online only Kotsovolos doesn't arrive

I placed several orders online on Skroutz.gr and some online with retailers including Kotsovolos. All the items have arrived apart from the order from Kotsovolos!

I look at the tracking, it has been with your chosen courier 5 days now. I follow the link to check it, it doesn't work. I call them, they put me on hold then cut me off. So I look at the couriers reviews, they are very bad.

Why do you use Geniki Taxydromiki, they are not good for your business. Then I read your reviews, they are also very bad.

EDIT: update, the items arrived separately but at least they arrived. It was about 10 days for the first item and about 4 days later for the second.

Communication and updates were non existent.

Totally unprofessional, rude customer service, awful communication, no real care for the client

This was one of the worst shopping experiences ever. And it’s not over yet… After several attempts and phone calls, dealing with rude personnel at the customer service, we finally managed to fulfill the order of a washing machine paying everything in advance. The item was delivered about a month after the order, yet after unpacking we realized it was severely damaged. The people in charge said they would replace the damaged item it with a new one within a week, so we waited; after a week, while waiting for the truck to bring the new washing machine, we contacted customer service again (after waiting for 40 mins on the phone) and they said no relevant information appeared on their computer, therefore they asked us to send them an email with photos of the damaged item so that they could officially record it and reenact the process of replacement. According to them, we’ll have to wait for another 15 days. They even dared to offer us a discount so that we keep the damaged washing machine. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and the whole fuss, which was totally their responsibility. Absolute lack of professionalism, awful customer service, the worst communication ever (keep going, you can do better!), no real care for the client, just get the money and go. You should really change the company into a freelance flee market, it’s good business for someone who knows nothing of efficiency and responsibility. If such things happened in another country, you wouldn’t last more than a fortnight.

Kotsovolos New store in Limassol discussing and…

New store in Limassol discussing and discrimination over the roof and they not even shy on telling you: If you are a foreigner, you must have Cypriot as a guarantor. Basically no matter if you have Permanent residency in Cyprus, you still not good enough to shop there. He advertise free Credit? Forget it! As soon as you asked for 2 months instalments, they adding 79 euro right away to your account and when I asked what is that for, they told me that its my Bank take it apparently. Plus the interest is over 12% on top. Rip off! But they do not tell you this right away. Only after you fill 1 hr of forms, you much wait a few days for call from Nicosia where they ask you to bring bungee of other docs to proof that you are creditable Company or a person. I personally was asked for 3 years tax and VAT report. Can you imagine going through this trouble to buy a PC. And when I said forget it, I will go to Electroline and buy from there because its cheaper there anyway, they right away told me that they lower the price for me to be like in Electroline.
So, cheeky, so unprofessional. Discussing. Even if they going to give away for free, I would not go there and will not recommend anyone to go there either!!!!

If I could've put 0 stars I would have. I placed an order on line. The last message I received was that they would call me soon with the progress of the order. I checked online and it showed that the order was still being prepared. 5 days later still no calls or SMS and online it says the order has been cancelled. I tried twice to call but the first time I had to give up after 15 mins. The second time after 17 mins it started to ring and then I was cut off. I bet they are currently only bothered about the vouchers for PC's etc. I have 2 myself but I'll be spending them elsewhere.

Only problems if you buy something from them.

I ordered a fridge from them in November 2020 that cost 1020 euros and came with a nice dent on the side so I had to wait two weeks for them to bring me a new one. In those two weeks I had no fridge to put milk for my kids and food in times of covid 19. When the new one came it also had a problem with the motor so now its 5 months (end of March 2021) that I don't have a new fridge that I paid for and I'm still waiting. So I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company!

Their website has a glitch and sometimes you don't get an order confirmation, however your card is charged normally. It's the second time it happens to me in less than two months and from what I've seen, others have had the same problem as well. I'm sure they know about this issue, but they don't fix it. I'm wasting my time calling every week requesting for my money back, but after almost 40 days, still nothing. When you get to talk with customer support, the only update you get is that the request has been logged into the system and will be processed. Hope I'll be refunded at some point, but won't risk it ever again. Very frustrating and unacceptable treatment for a business as big as this.

Dear customers

Dear customers! Unfortunately, Kotsovolos has YHE WORSE Delivery and refund service I have ever faced with.
I had was waiting the delivery guy to come 3 (!!!) different days!!! And 3 times, they just didn’t come, didn’t call, nothing!!!! I am really surprised how this company can operate with such a huge amount of customers.
Also every time I call to kotsovolos I wait from 23 to 55 minutes on the line!!! And all this just to hear another lies - yes, we will come tomorrow and nobody comes!!!
Totally disappointed!!!

Fast, reliable service

I am really confused in regards to the negative reviews, since our experience was a positive one.
We ordered a fridge and in around 2-3 working days, we received it even though we ordered it during Christmas holidays and we expected it to take longer than the estimated date.
We could also use their website to track down the order.
We are content both with the product and the fast service

I placed my order on 5th of November…

I placed my order on 5th of November and they change the delivery date from 4th of December to 10/12, then got changed for 14/12 and now the new delivery day is on 21th. The web site says 15-20 days delivery and I do not trust the company that it will get delivered on 21th!!!
REALY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Ordered a vacuum cleaner online, 11th November. I ordered with Kotsovolos because they promise delivery within 3-5 days. I understand that this may be compromised because of Covid, but it is now 28th November, and still no sign of it. I regret my decision to order from this company.
