Krause Autos consistently deliver what they promise. Never any hassle, easy to book MOT, confirmation and they pick up and drop car back off when they say. An absolutely great level of service, professional and friendly, that is hard to find nowadays. Book here with confidence, can't recommend Krause highly enough.

I have been using Krause Autos for several years now for M.o.T and any repairs. The service and level of work carried out is always exceptional and reasonably priced. The staff are extremely pleasant , accommodating and clear in their explanation of any work needed to be carried out. I am very happy to use this company and recommend.

I contacted them through wattsap and received my quote within a day for regassing my puma. They came to collect my car which is a free service as arranged and phoned within 2 hours to say the car was ready and paid over the phone and the car was returned within an hour. I was really impressed with the service and how professional they are and I will definitely be using them again.

Fantastic service, rang 2 weeks prior to book the car in for a full service, for this monday, they said they have a pick up and drop off service, I agreed to it no brainer, confirmed on the Friday before like they said they would, pickup at 0815am. service done by 1pm phoned me for payment, car all good no advisories, dropped off by 4pm. Never used Krause Autos before and can honestly say the service was excellent from start to finish. Collection/Drop of Team, Receptionist, Mechanic all provided fantastic service and kep me updated all the time.

Cannot recommend this garage enough. Made the mistake of taking my car to another garage due to a 'good offer' on a major service with free MOT where I was told I urgently needed my brakes doing and them giving me an extortionate quote...luckily double checked with Krause Autos, who told me the brakes were good for another good few months yet and would certainly pass the MOT so nothing to worry about. Didn't charge me anything for the check and even came and collected and returned my car to me at a perfect time convenient to me. Have definitely learnt my lesson not to take my car anywhere else. Have now cancelled my free MOT with the other garage as I would rather pay Krause to do it knowing I will get an honest and brilliant service at a fair price.

Absolutely brillaint service, no matter what the problem, time of day. They always help you as best as they can. Currently on holiday and they've still fixed the car and dropped it back to My house. Such a great and reliable car garage that I will always go to.

Their pick up and drop off service is fantastic.

Booked an mot and head light replacement. Krause Autos collected the car on time advising us they were on their way. We were updated every step of the way and they checked with us before going ahead with even essential repairs.
Brilliant service and great commincation and delivered exactly what they promised and more.
