Krav Maga Elite - Self Defence & Fitness Training Reviews 

Joined the class last over a year ago hoping it would help me keep fit and ive loved it ever since such a great group of people with friendly helpful teachers couldnt rate krav maga elite enough brilliant class!

When I joined this club I felt welcomed immediately. Everyone is an equal regardless of experience. And the training always varies which keeps it interesting. So if your looking for something more interesting then the gym and want to learn a practical self defence then I would recommend this club 100% .

I joined Krav Maga Elite 2 months ago and have been enjoying it ever since. The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful and patient (Steve & Ben at the Isle of Wight Branch) and the other members have been welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend joining to anyone looking for a fun way to get fit and learn self defense.

One of the best things I've ever done is join krav maga. Great instruction. The friendliest group of people to train with. Not an ego in sight. Whilst having great fun I'm learning to defend myself .

There is a great team of instructors who make the lessons valuable and fun.

Pete at Peterborough is highly professional, knowledgable and achieves a perfect balance between pushing us to improve, training and enjoyment.

Great and passionate trainers, both Maria and Dave, plus they are ready to answer any question and always very polite and encouraging. The course was fun and empowering, I would recommend it to anyone. I hope to be able to train with you again one day if I come back to Cambridge. Thanks for this great experience!

The classes are diverse, comprehensive and suitable for all levels. The people are nice and the instructors very skilled and thorough. The classes are following a progression during the class itself and throughout the year. Everything we do is related to real situations and the instructors always remind us why we are doing this or this movement which is great. Highly recommended.

I've been going to Krav Maga Elite for a number of years and wholly recommend it. Plus points:
- top notch instructors
- lessons always feel fresh, the system is wide so there is always more to learn, but even when learning the 'foundations' the instructors find different ways to teach and keep it interesting
- great for fitness. Always found hitting the gym boring but a 2 hour Krav lesson flies past. Sometimes it's like a high intensity training, sometimes slower and more technical. Always improving on strength, core and flexibility - excellent for those who spend the day sitting in an office
- friendly and ego free environment. Having never done anything like this before you worry what to expect but everyone is friendly and encouraging
- it's not cheap, but if you make regular use of it then it's certainly worth the money (especially compared to a gym membership)
- and of course learning something useful and practical
- soon to be new and improved dedicated training facilities!!

I am a beginner (60+) and have been accepted as a member on the path to reach the highest standards. Great kit at a really good price. Excellent regular communication to members. You are made to feel you are a close family member of Krav. Awesome teaching with great skill and care.

I really enjoy it as a form of exercise, much more interesting than going to a gym. It would I think give me more confidence in a difficult situation. I enjoy the camaraderie of the group. The teaching is very good, the instructors have a great attitude.
