Krav Maga Elite - Self Defence & Fitness Training Reviews 

I first started with Krav Maga Elite a little over two years ago, and have no hesitation in saying that I have come away from every single session I have attended feeling better about myself, and having thoroughly enjoyed the class.

I appreciate how the instructors take the time to walk amongst as we train and give us each individual and technical feedback on our techniques and areas for improvement; it's refreshing to attend a class where the instructors genuinely care about your own development.

An additional plus point for me is how the classes have increased my own self confidence in all areas of my life both professionally and personally, and I honestly cannot recommend enough that people attend.

I enjoy each lesson and the focus on continuous improvements of 'the basics' as these are imperative for higher level techniques.

In a short period of time my fitness level has improved noticebly and I feel sharper. The sessions are tough, professional and fun too. Have met some good people, just a nice bunch.
The Elite set up is very efficient and help is always at hand. I've gained far more from my experience with them and Krav Maga than I ever expected.

Having been a member of various martial arts club over the years, I can say that the teaching and organisation of Elite is the best. All instructors go through an extremely rigorous course which ensures their teaching meets a high standard. The lessons have not only equipped me with the skills to protect myself, I can also run for the bus without getting out of breath.

Excellent way to maintain, grow or improve your fitness whilst learning valuable skills to protect yourself on the street. I feel as though KMG is constantly adapted to the world we live in to create the most effective and quickest techniques for all situations.

Krav Maga Elite is a great club to learn Krav Maga, the training is so different and more realistic for things that could happen in your day to day life in the street, place of work, whilst out with friends etc. I joined Krav Maga in March 2018 and I have loved every minute of it from the training down to making new friends, it's like one big family. The classes are never the same and you learn something different every single class. The instructors are all five star trainers and are always there to help you and answer any questions you have. I would recommend Krav Maga Elite to anyone that wants to learn self defence.
