I required some outdoor bar stools urgently for a party. I found exactly what I wanted at La Maison Chic but was worried they may not arrive in time. I called them and spoke the the lovely Heol who reassured me that she would dispatch the bar stools as soon as she saw the order. Heol did exactly what she said and the bar stools were here in less than 24 hours! They are stunning.

I was initially apprehensive about ordering furniture online without seeing it and from a company I have never dealt with before. But I have to say I’m very glad I did. I’m the one who contacted la maison chic to tell them I’d like to write a review because I was very grateful for their excellent service and they deserve it. Their communication was excellent. Shortly after placing the order, I called to ask for an ETA, they replied straight away. They emailed shortly afterwards to keep me updated on the quality assurance process for the sofa and arranged a delivery date that suited my travel plans as I was travelling for a week at the time. The communication around delivery was impeccable and the team delivered exactly as promised. The blush velvet sofa I ordered arrived in excellent condition. It’s lovely and is exactly as pictured. Thank you so much!

I purchased 5 large ghost chairs to go around my glass table. They arrived on next day delivery via DPD I was fully informed of times etc the guy was fab helping me In with items.
The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure.
I was unsure of sizes etc because there were 2 different sizes so I went onto the chat sign …. I must say Isabelle was the most helpful person I have dealt with in a customer service capacity advising me and she even sent a photo of the items set out around a table, she advised I could just purchase one to check what it would look like with my particular table but after a bit of measurement I decided to go with the large size. Parcelforce were an absolute nightmare but Isabelle was a star. She was efficient, proactive and patient. Excellent customer service.

Ordered a coffee table from La Maison Chic over the summer, and unfortunately the source supplier damaged it in transit. Isabelle was really proactive in ensuring a replacement was sent ASAP, gave me options of other similar items in case I didn't want to wait for one, and sent me photos and an update of the replacement when it arrived into their warehouse to reassure me that all was in order second time around.

Fantastic customer care, great communication at al times throughout the process and a really top quality product received.
