I ordered the wrong bottle opener and the seller was very helpful in changing it for me. Postage was fast, well packaged, their communication is great and the product of a high standard. I would highly recommend.

I bought the silver hammered effect alliminium stool/side table great quality for the price, excellent service with very quick next day delivery.

The ghost chair I ordered is beautiful and just what I wanted to go with my dressing table. It was a bargain price and swiftly delivered with excellent packaging.

I will certainly look at this site again for future purchases.

Purchased stools which were not suitable for the purpose built. I was asked to pay for the return post but knowing my rights they eventually said they would send a courier to collect stools and a full refund was given.
The product was from China and unfortunately was not manufactured well. This is the 2nd product from China with a fault. So check where your products are being made.

These brackets really are on a level of their own. Reassuringly solid and beautifully finished, they have added a real touch of quality to my bathroom. I’m planning on another, smaller shelf so I’ll be buying a smaller pair very soon. (Service and communications 5* too) Thank you.

Ordered in September, didn’t state anywhere on my confirmation or when I ordered that it wasn’t in stock it stated “standard delivery”, but they ended up being delayed further when they didn’t arrive in December, come February I was tired of waiting so contacted them. I was offered discount to wait for my order or cancel it which I appreciated the offer but I did want the stools as I’d waited so long already. I managed to find the larger exact same style stools which were on next day delivery (I was surprised these weren’t offered to me already as a resolution) but anyway they have arrived and they are perfect. Isabelle was very helpful in the end and arranged the larger stools at no further cost which is greatly appreciated. I understand delays are sometimes out of control but the larger stool option could of been offered to me at an earlier date to solve my problem. Happy in the end with the quality of the stools and how quick they came after changing my order.

Recently, I bought a bedroom chair from La Maison Chic which began to come apart within one month. However, when I filed for a return (even though it was past the 14 days within which La Maison Chic accepts returns), they were extremely kind and obliging, offering a full refund and arranging to pick up the chair themselves with no hassle to myself.

The chair, while very cute, was not the best quality, but the customer service I received was top-notch.

I’d tried so many times over the summer to get my hands on a hanging egg chair with no luck, so thought maybe winter may be the time and I was right! It arrived today after ordering last Thursday and it’s gorgeous! Nicely made and sturdy, the cushion is comfy too! It’s staying inside for now until the weather improves but it matches our furnishings inside anyway so doesn’t look out of place. I love it!
