Purchased 2 Builders Trestles which were £20 more than i could have bought them from my local builders merchants,but as the ones shown were fabricated out of stronger steel sections and safer design,i was happy to pay the original cost,They arrived later than delivery stated,and to my complete shock were nothing like the ones i ordered and the strength and materials were much more inferior and unsafe in my opinion,after numerous calls to them to try to get them returned,i was continually derided and fobbed off,they said that the Trestles were the correct height,and would not be taking them back,i am in the process of trying to get a manager to call me back..Be Aware...very poor customer service,Dont touch them with a Barge Pole..

Paid for staging boards, didnt receive anything until chased some months later. Were then advised that they didnt deliver to the Isle of Man so gave them carrier details in Heysham. They were going to email to confirm all this but nothing received. Rang them back and they advised that they didnt have any carrier details for us!! Gave them the details again to be told there was a 4 week lead in time!
Cancelled the order and asked for refund. Will post again with length of time it takes to get refund!

Ordered some ladders, no email confirmation or delivery date other than the standard '3-5 working days'. The following week I went on holiday and received a voicemail on the Tuesday from the courier saying delivery failed, please call us to rebook a delivery slot. Called them on Thursday morning to be told that the ladders had been returned to laddersalesdirect because they had tried to deliver 3 times. Laddersales then expected me to pay for a further delivery.
The problems were communication...1) I never received any delivery information prior to them attempting delivery, so I couldn't tell them I would be on holiday the following week, 2) their website clearly says that products will only be returned after 10 working days (they were sent back 3 working days after the failed deliver). 3) whenever you contact them they take 36-48 hours to reply, meaning I spent nearly two weeks trying to sort this out, finally getting a refund minus a £26 delivery charge.
It never felt like they were trying to be helpful, or wanted to deliver a good service experience.

Friendly staff but this is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Ladders arrived with a massive dent. The driver refused to take the ladders back so I had to go through the collection process. Ladders got collected 3 weeks later after being told multiple times from DX delivery and Lyte that they will be collected sooner. Loads of time wasted waiting in for the collection. The ladders finally got collected but then had to wait for 2 weeks for a refund! Avoid this company like the plague. The only remotely positive thing I can say about this sale is that the staff seem friendly and did try to help. But logistically, the whole sale, delivery, collection and refund process was really really bad!

3mt staging purchased recently, good quality product delivered on time and at a very competitive price, will buy more when needed.Ivan small builder.

A delay in receiving the item but it eventually arrived after chasing the seller, the ladder step is OK, however, the quality of the product could be improved upon

An absolute joke from start to finish. Ladders ordered on 1st may money taken but no ladders arrived contacted them. Customer service staff extremely rude and unhelpful was told some crap story as to the ladders being late when they did arrive they sent a new version of the ladders ordered. Contacted again to say ladders were no good they arranged the uplift next day promised a refund no refund contacted again said they wouldn’t pay my refund until they were told the company had ladders back which they had messed about for another week finally refunded on 28th 27 days later. Needless to say never using this company again

Good service , ladders nice and lightweight , I bought the 4-7 meter , just a bit shor5 for getting to the roof line , but my mistake if you need to get to the eves of the house go the size up from that .
Other than that happy with them and were delivered in good time

Best price anywhere for this 3.6m Lyte staging board but not sent as stated. Order was advised as shipped following day but when I called a week later to see why it had not arrived, was told only sent yesterday. So they email as shipped a few days before it was actually sent, then there is 3+ days with DX. Fine if you can wait 10 days or so and get a good price but if you need a staging board sent to arrive in 3-5 days, probably best to buy elsewhere. Would use again if I had enough time but could have done with this one sooner.

You must be joking asking me to review something I have not yet received! I placed an order at the end of February and despite email correspondence still have not received an indication as to when my order will arrive!!!

Great ladder. Good price. Prompt delivery to the Scottish Highlands

There was no communication about a delay after advertising 2-3 day delivery. I called after 10 days and they didn’t know what was happening. They tried to call suppliers but no reply. I asked for refund. About 3 days later I got email saying my ladder was dispatched. No refund in bank. I called again. This time everything was cancelled properly and refunded.
A shame.

I have no complaints about the item I bought from this company

The sales process was smooth but very poor communication regarding the delivery. The ladders have now come any they are excellent
