Really fast delivery and the ladders I received were great quality for a low price

Light enough to be easily transported but torsionally robust and steady enough to inspire confidence in use. Good value for money. A good honest product.

This is so much better than all the rest. But it is sadly only after buying something awful from B&Q that one finds that out. Thank you, this is so much better built and designed. I lubricated every moving part as it was stiff and new. It should last for many-many years.

I purchased a 3 section ladder for a number of DIY jobs around the house and wished I'd had made the purchase 20 years ago. The finish and build is professional quality and will last me my lifetime. Overall weight for a 3 piece is a bit heavy for me however unlikely to be an issue for a younger fitter person. The review is meant to help you be assured that the ladder quality is very good and personally I think great value for money.

Still waiting to be delivered and I have ordered at the beginning of the month. Basically they don't have the items in stock and the 5 days leading time is easily turning to be a month. Very disappointed need to go and buy from another supplier to get the job done.

I ordered a three section Lyte ladder plus V standoff to replace a narrow 50 year old wooden ladder that had come to the end of its useful life. The V standoff was delivered within a couple of days, but the ladder took just over a week to arrive. The quality of both items is excellent, providing a very stable platform for working at height. The total price was within my allocated budget and I would recommend Ladder Sales Direct and use them again myself in future.

Great company. I needed a new set of step ladders for work as my old ones broke. Ordered and arrived next day.

Had purchased the ladder platform accessory. This product could be used at height - however there were no assembly instructions to ensure correct assembly. One part was to long for the self locking nut to be fitted. One of the locating arms pre-drilled of centre so when fitted looks out of place - at an angle. The idea of the product to help fatigue when standing on the ladder is helpful.

I cannot fault the 4.43 m single extension ladder that I bought. It's just what I needed for painting my first floor sash windows.

Triple ladder arrived promptly and was very well made and durable.

Terrible service. Spoke on the phone with them to confirm size and price. Made the purchase online and never heard anything back until I call them to find out they were not going to ship it due to a mistake with their price.... I needed a ladder that week. Thanks for letting me down! I would not use this company ever again.

Cheapest price I could find and products from recognised manufacturers. Good communications all the way from placing the order through to the ladders being delivered. The courier used could not find our address (it is difficult) but Ladder Sales contacted me by phone for directions and to apologise for the missed delivery etc.
Would definitely recommend and if I need anymore ladders I will use again.

A very sturdy ladder that enabled me to access my roof safely so that I could remove and treat moss .
