Shocking customer service, Ordered a Step ladder with a 5-7 day
delivery after 3 weeks it arrived damaged. I sent a image showing the damage and they claimed not to have received it. Please avoid this company.

Had ladders delivered but were not suitable, still waiting for collection and despite multiple contact attempts still no collection so had to start a credit card refund form the card used to purchase.

Bought a 2.6 Aluminium Telescopic Ladder and it's just perfect for the jobs around the house. It's easy to open up and close and feels secure and safe. Have used it to get up into the loft, to reach the top of the windows to remove the Christmas lights. It is light to carry, fits in the boot of the car (Skoda CitiGo) without having to put the seats down and tucks away nicely in the cupboard under the stairs. Perfect for what I need!

Let me start by saying I am a 70 yr old pensioner living in a converted Victorian house, so the rooms have very high ceilings, and I am wobbly with balance issues and height issues.
So it was vitally important that the ladders I bought felt solid and safe.
I spend quite some time looking at specs etc, and reading others reviews before deciding on these.

I am thrilled silly that I can a) carry them, b) assemble them easily, and c) climb them.
They are lightweight but solidly constructed with additional safety features like non slip treads, handles and a tray at the top for bits.

My first trip up made my knees wobble, but they stayed solidly in position with no sway or wobble, and I have sinced used a fair bit. Each time adds to my confidence.
So...all in all I give them 5 stars for “doing what it says on the tin” and at an affordable price.

Ordered from LSD because they are local to us and offer 'fast and free' delivery.

No reply to e mails so after three weeks I phoned and was told the ladder should be manufactured 'next week' then add on delivery time.

The lady on the phone was polite and refunded via Pay Pay instantly when I cancelled.

Unfortunately you are not buying 'direct' they simply order from the manufacturer who will produce in batches, so luck of the draw when yours gets made.

Ordered a ladder and J clamps. The J clamps arrived quickly but there was no sign of the ladder for over week. Eventually I e-mailed them to ask where the ladder was. No reply but the next day someone had dumped it over my front wall when I wasn't looking. Both items seem to be good quality so no cause for complaint.
