I would undoubtedly recommend Lamb and co to anyone.excellant from the moment I walked in the door.Even though I've got adverse credit and unemployed they still managed to have the keys in my hands for my new place within 3-4 weeks after signing up with them and only my second viewing.couldnt be more happy with the letting department, and a massive thank you to Harry for sorting me out with somewhere to live in these difficult times for me.👍 5 star rating and if I could give more then I would.

We recently needed to find new tenants for our property in Holland-on-Sea. Harry, Lee and Coral were the perfect team and arranged for viewings to take place as soon as the refurbishments were complete. Their knowledge and advice was extremely valuable.

Well what could i say about my experiences with Lamb and Co estate agents.After going into three other estate agents in Clacton-on-Sea i found Lamb and Co are the best to go and see.They present themselves very well and make you feel very comfortable throughout dealing with you.They always keep you updated on how things are progressing so with my move going into my new rented property going smoothly i highly recommended using Lamb and Co anytime.
