Lamb &co were on the ball the whole way through my buying process and were even ahead of the game as far as my selling process where my estate agents Imagine in Watford failed me miserably. Thank you Rachel for all the updates for both purchase and sale even when it was not your job.

We purchased through Lamb & Co and throughout our search we found each member of the team helpful friendly and professional. They paid attention to our search criteria and due to understanding this, drew our attention to a new property about to go on the market which we love and have just moved in. They were never pushy and always helpful in negotiations including getting special requests agreed with the builder. Would recommend them to anyone. The service was really personal throughout

I was searching for a property urgently and was greeted by Harry Heath. A model of and estate agent, a lot could be learned from this man, excellent customer service, even gave me the guidance needed to clear my debt to make myself more appealing to landlords.
After going through 5 different estate agents who repeatedly let me down and didn’t appear for viewings I finally landed with lamb and co. I can wholeheartedly say this was a good experience and would use this estate agents again if I was to move.

These agents are amazing, especially Tony who took over our purchase after our initial agent couldn't continue. Tony chased up everything and kept us informed at every stage. We had more contact with him than our selling agent - couldn't recommend this company enough⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really impressed with the level of service that we were given selling our family home . Very respectful and understanding regarding viewings as my elderly Mother was living there alone, they even call whilst in lockdown to ensure she was well and if she needed anything as we live in Bath and couldn’t visit at that time . Can’t recommend them enough they were brilliant throughout the whole process from initial viewings to completion.

We used Lamb and Co to sell our property and I could not recommend them highly enough. We had a very stressful move due to solicitors in other parts of the chain and Scott could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. I'm sure that there were times that I drove him to insanity but he remained very professional at all times. I'd recommend lamb and co to anyone in a heartbeat and I'd use them again without a second thought should we ever want to move again.

Lamb & co (AKA scott,sheen and partners). I have been dealing with Scott and all I can say is what exceptional service. when im promised a call back or email i get it. Scott has been brilant with my house buying as we had a few hiccups along the way (Due to the sellers solicitor) and he took in in his stride and even though i bugged him loads he was always polite. i would 100% recommend this estate agent.
