Under writer Collette on the case was very helpful and informative.
Simple process through to legals which were completed on time
Straightforward underwriting, great support and speed. All you need from a Specialist Bank
Landbay cancelled the case due to lack of response from the solicitor who was dealing with their requirements.
Zero communication to myself (broker). Case was re-instated but then client needed to sign all new documents which caused delays.
Intermediary submitted business should have the intermediary involved and informed at every stage. Poor from Landbay on this occasion.
i had 100% support from the BDM it is very important for me to have that
Excellent communication direct with underwriting team
Process was simple, quick and efficient with good communication throughout.
Very good communication and cooperation to ensure a smooth process where there was a risk delays.
Excellent communications and underwriting.
speed of service on all aspects from initial application to completion a breath of fresh air.
This lender moves quickly for new applications. However when redeeming the mortgage the company took several months even for a straightforward cash repayment because their staff were not properly trained to deal with the matter. They staff were incompetent and rude and the company was so slow and they forced me to pay additional interest at much higher rates because they were so slow. Always use a broker!!

Great dealings with My BDM ( Jon Braddick) and the underwriter (Glen Shipman) both of whom couldn't have been more helpful with this difficult case.
Fantastic as ever!
Shout out to Chloe Newton Underwriter and Ian May BDM.

Collette was brilliant and very patient with a very testing case!
Very smooth running of the entire transaction Rahead was excellent
Generally easy. Not as straightforward as product transfers from other lenders are easier.
