quick and productive communication with the underwriter Jasmin Locke, swift approval of a case in good time.

A very efficient Lender and expressed their ability to adjust their stance to meet the clients needs. Their efficiency compares to a McClaren pit stop. A great BDM who supports us. Great to work with.

Horrible company. My Father had 2 B2L loans with Landbay. Sadly, he died and all his property was left to my Mother. She is old an poorly herself, all the probate was done and the flats were legally hers. Despite sending Landbay all the documentation and continuing to pay the loan, Landbay refused to speak to her or her solicitor, they then stopped the DD and refused to take funds to keep up the payments on the loan. They insisted they could only speak to my Father (deceased!). They then sent letters giving my Mother (yes they identified her as the owner in this respect!) ultimatums to take action to recover the whole amount of the loans. In the end she was forced to pay the loans off in cash (from the proceeds of selling her home) in order to prevent repossession, as Landbay would not wait for her to refinance. It took 3 days to pay them due to their terrible customer service. Fully intend to report them to the banking ombudsman and am contacting the media with the story. If this is a company that can treat a grieving widow, who kept up her payments, like this, how will they treat you? You will be thinking, must be more to this, two sides to the story etc., nope, this is how my Mum was treated, no sympathy, no common sense, unreasonably, all completely avoidable and unnecessary. They left my Mother frightened and anxious, just after the loss of her husband, and whilst she was gravely ill herself. Bullies and scoundrels, that is what they are.

Recently did a Ltd company BTL Purchase for a client.
The BDM Rahead was very informative and knew the criteria very well.
The underwriter stayed in contact throughout and we had a direct line that helped speed the process up.
We faced some challenges with the solicitors towards the end, and again Rahead was able to step in and help us to completion.
End result.
Very happy client!!
I would definitely use Landbay again 😀

The process of Product Switches are new to this lender and they appear to go about it so differently from other lenders. I think some training on this from the Company would have been useful
A simple product transfer process was made extremely complicated.
