Good for the cost

Ring arrived in estimated time frame. I ordered a 3 carat diamond but I received closer to 1 carat. Ring is beautiful but did arrive a little dirty.

My husband purchased a ring for me 2…

My husband purchased a ring for me 2 years ago and the stone fell out. On the website it states the lifetime warranty stands as long as you own the ring. And they also say they stand behind stone securement and will repair a ring if the stone falls out. However they are refusing to do that because it has been longer than a year, even though that stipulation is not stated anywhere in their warranty.

Upon reviewing our Lifetime Warranty policy, we want to clarify that our coverage specifically applies to manufacturing defects only. This includes:

1. Defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., issues arising from the crafting of the jewelry).
2. Stone securement due to manufacturing defects (e.g., improper setting during production).
3. Metal or finish issues caused by manufacturing defects (noted to typically occur within the first few weeks of wear).

While we understand the stone fell out after two years of ownership, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care (e.g., impacts, daily friction, or lack of regular maintenance). As your ring has been worn for an extended period, the issue is likely due to factors outside of manufacturing defects.

We recommend having your jewelry inspected by a professional jeweler to assess the cause of the stone loss and explore repair options. For future care, we suggest regular maintenance (e.g., checking settings and cleaning) to help prevent such issues.

Beautiful ring

I've had this ring for almost 3 years now. Still looks as good as new. Just added two wedding bands from Lane Woods too. Completely in love with the whole set.

Waste of money

The jewelry quality is mediocre at best, definitely not worth the price. It took three weeks to arrive, and the customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout the process. Additionally, the website fails to mention that the jewelry is made in China, which feels misleading. Wouldn't recommend.

Bent setting DON'T BUY THIS JUNK

Finally received my ring after about 6 weeks. I wore it for less than 2 months and the mounting bent. Lane Woods asked me to send it in for repair and a repair fee. Will never buy from them again! If I could have given them 0 stars that would've been more appropriate.

Just your run of the mill scammers…

Please don’t order from this company! The reviews under individual products on their site are kind of real in that they steal them from other sites. I went through them and they screwed up several times. My engagement ring is from Charles & Colvard (a lot of customers will abbreviate C&C when writing about them online) so I know their jewelry well and have read a lot of their on site reviews. I came upon this company looking for a similar but cheaper option to use for my wedding band until I can afford the one I actually want from Charles & Colvard. This company has copied reviews from C&C’s website and forgotten to edit the mention of C&C or Charles & Colvard out of the reviews they transferred over. If you look carefully some of the reviews on their site praise C&C. That’s the first and most obvious sign this site is a scam.

I went ahead and did some digging and talked to people who have been unfortunate enough to fall for the trash this company is selling. And by trash I mean their whole presentation/promises because you’d be lucky to get anything at all and if you do, I’m certain it would be trash. The only legit positive reviews seem to be from people who were given free products for their reviews. The others are clearly fake. It’s clear they send influencers quality pieces to get “ordinary” consumers to trust them and why not? The influencer isn’t lying… they actually got something good and for free. But when it comes to what they send every day customers, IF they even send it, that’s not the case. Different pieces from the pictures or they don’t send your order at all and zero communication once you ask for a refund. Also not an American company or located in America.

I bought a Moissanite ring from Lane…

I bought a Moissanite ring from Lane Woods initially a few months back, and although it took nearly a month to receive the ring, and I had some issues with the quality of the metal used I decided to buy a different ring. It was over $300 U.S because I decided to buy in white gold. Once again, I had to wait a month to get my ring (which was shipped from China) and when it arrived - the size was clearly wrong. I immediately emailed Lane Woods and their response was truly astonishing - they blamed me and claimed "I didn't know how to measure my finger". Are you kidding me? I'm 50 years old and know perfectly well what size my ring finger is. Then they said they are willing to exchange but wanted $20.00. Then they offered to refund, but would only refund only about 2/3 of the amount I paid and then when I told customer service that was not acceptable - they started attacking me personally?! This company is not legit. They pulled a bait and switch and then try to extort you when you complain that you didn't receive what you were promised. I will never deal with them again and doubt I will get what I paid for.

Believe the 1 star reviews!

Ordered 2 sterling silver rings in June, received rings about 3 weeks later. This was my second purchase (first was about 3 years ago, loved my ring but sadly lost it at Disney) after about a week I noticed the stone getting cloudy. I would have to clean the ring at least once a week. Fair enough for the price point (300ish for 2 rings). We’re now in October and both rings are tarnishing and cloudy. I have to clean the rings multiple times a day. Brought in to a jeweler thinking it’s me, and he confirmed, you didn’t get what you paid for. Reached out to Lane Woods and asked what could be done. They advised sending it back for an exchange or refund. I mailed the rings and emailed tracking and asked for the refund, because for 300ish dollars I shouldn’t be cleaning my rings a few times a day. The email back stated ooops sorry for the inconvenience, we can only exchange the items because it’s been too long. It’s been 3 months of me having the rings…I’d like a refund. They’re refusing and did not make the correction until AFTER the rings were being sent back. At this point I feel like I’m out of pocket for the money. But I can at least warn others…don’t expect these rings to last more than a month or so. And don’t expect to get what you see written on the website. 😔
Update: I was sent a new and improved ring! It is now a month old and can’t be worn as the silver has all come off. Lane Woods reached out to know if I’m satisfied and to ask me to take down my review. Now I have a second 300$ set of rings that can’t be worn. I’ll keep the review up. And judging by their 2.9 star rating…others are getting scammed also. Never again!

My boyfriend just bought me a ring from…

My boyfriend just bought me a ring from here. I’ve been super excited to get it. He was charged 3 times! So he just reached out to them via email and he’s being accused of lying! So he wrote back with a screenshot of the bank statement! If this is how you treat paying customers, I don’t want the ring anymore! We will be buying elsewhere!

Do not buy from this company !!!

Do not buy from this company !!!! I purchased a ring then not even a day later I asked for a refund because i had a change of mind. They emailed me saying that they would give me a refund. But I still have not got my refund. And now they will not answer my emails. Be very careful with this company. They do not care about their customers !!!! 47900
