Awful customer service
I have been in a larkfleet home for 18 months and the after sale customer service is awful... Great at getting you in but do not want any part of dealing with issues that are more significant that a maintenance person. Trying to get a phone call or email reply from them is a nightmare. Their customer service team contiously leave because they are so overran with complaints.
Disgusting no respect
We live in an area where they are building homes, and their main concern is they have no respect for locals that live within the area.
They park up in front of your gateway with lorries waiting to go on site, I think they own the road as an extention to their site.So we have 47 homes with no faclaties in the village .... been left with no electric for one Sunday so they could the electrics done ....no apologies have ever been given to any resident within the area or a least not to us with the disruption...have been forced off pavements because lorries parked up and roadworks onto the road...no apologies ever given...well LARKFLEET you'd be the last company I'd buy a new home from...sadly we have been left with a BAD taste in how you treat people within the area...all for greed and profit !!!!!!@!@@
Poor!!!!
Poor from start to finish, too many problems to list....Best advise, just keep away
Bad Builders and Awful Customer Service
The sales staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and everything was too much trouble for them. Workmen were still finishing the house on the day we moved in. The quality of pretty much everything is awful, and the workmanship is downright dreadful. Not a single trade had any care for their work.
Customer service to repair the snagging issues has been like pulling teeth to get simple things fixed. For each problem that is fixed, another is created. We have hardly enjoyed our new house since moving in, and this last year has been stressful trying to get resolution. Wishing we stuck with David Wilson!!
Poor build quality, appalling customer care
Poor build quality, pathetic customer care!
The house wasn't finished on completion. Too many problems to list all but doors didn't fit, unpainted woodwork, very poor plaster-work, lights not connected, windows not sealed, broken glass in the windows, shower not working, water pipes blocked, guttering not connected etc etc
Customer care are anything but caring, emails and phone calls are ignored, repair men are in very high demand so leads times are long when you can finally get agreement to fix problems.
if you really have to buy a Larkfleet home, get a professional to prepare the snagging list then let your solicitor do the communication, it'll be expensive but you might get your house finished.
Probably better to use a solicitor to handle the purchase that isn't suggested by Larkfleet.
Non existent customer service
There were a number of serious problems during the build and some not obvious until lmmediatly after completion. However the real issue is the Company’s approach to dealing with complaints, it is simply,
at Senior or Director level, do not acknowledge nor reply to emails and never be available for telephone calls and certainly never return them. I actually explained to them their approach was guaranteed to infuriate buyers ( their customers) but naturally received no acknowledgement. Only one email to a senior member of the company did get a response but only after chasing it with a statement ‘if they could not communicate perhaps we should leave it to the lawyers’.
