Been to the one next to Wembley stadium a few times, food’s decent enough at that price bracket, good service, friendly staff. Normally go for happy hour cocktails, unfortunately, when an event is on... See more

Excellent service when we both went out…
Excellent service when we both went out for food and drinks. Waiter was attentive, caring and courteous. A huge thank you to Ionui (hope that's how you spell it).
Disappointed to say the least
We visited the Leicester restaurant on Friday 27th December. It has to be one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had. Family of four adults as a special meal before our aon went home after Christmas was not special at all. Food looked as if we had been given the leftovers from other customers. Lettuce / salad limp and tasteless. We also ordered Gluten Free nachos which arrived in a few
Minutes and could not have been freshly prepared which is concerning when an allergy is involved. I had a tapas dish which consisted of limp lettuce, rubbery sweetcorn and big splodges of mayo. This was £9! The bill came to over £90 and this was with a voucher for a free main. We were in and out of the restaurant in less than an hour.
All felt disappointed and very underwhelmed.
A Complete And Utter Waste Of Money
I ordered mushroom fajitas vegan and gluten free with milk allergy. I recieved mixed MEAT fajitas. I called the restaurant and got no response.
I am disappointed and hungry.
Las Iguanas Nottingham for works…
Las Iguanas Nottingham for works Christmas do was beyond disappointing. Very poor quality food and service. Party of 12 for the festive set menu. Drinks were served pretty promptly, but food was shockingly slow despite having preordered weeks beforehand. Sat down for an 8:15pm table, starters arrived approximately an hour later for those that had ordered, mains didn’t arrive til 9:55pm and desert 10:55pm. Wouldn’t have minded so much if the food had been good, but sadly it was poor quality with most of the group finding their mains tasteless, overcooked and barely warm. Deserts were a joke….chocolate brownie closely resembled those supermarket bought mini pieces that you get in the tubs. Suspiciously so!!! 6 very small tasteless chunks with a blob of cheap vanilla ice cream; again tasteless with lashings of chocolate and caramel sauce.
Clearly done on the cheap for maximum profit. Lack of care was obvious in the quality of food served. Waitress did apologise for the long wait, however never asked if we were happy with the meal as she already knew the answer so avoided it.
Do yourself a favour, do not waste your hard earned cash on this crap restaurant chain.
Plenty of other lovely independent restaurants to eat at that are more deserving.
First and last time; I will never return!
Dire Bottomless Brunch’
Went for their ‘Bottomless Brunch’ and whilst not expecting the earth in December - it was awful. My chilli bowl and my friend’s curry were thinly spread out in the bowl - 5 mouthfuls later and the whole bowl was gone. The unlimited cocktails were nothing more than various varieties of orange juice drink. Would be so much better if they could just give you 2 decent cocktails rather than claiming unlimited cocktails (essentially orange juice). I’m sure Las Iguanas management are very happy with their profit margins but just felt like a total rip off and I would not go back to Las Iguanas, Brighton again. Staff seemed jolly and a good atmosphere but food and drink were dire.
Las Iguanas Bracknell- Horrendous!
Las Iguanas Bracknell- Horrendous start to our Lapland weekend experience. Decided to treat the kids to a meal out at 6:30pm which we had a reservation for. Waited two hours, and all we got were starters and the kids’ meals. The kids were literally falling asleep at the table, so we had to cancel one main course and ask for the other to be packed to go. The service was absolutely shocking—no sense of urgency. To top it off, the only compensation was a token discount on one kids’ meal, I still had to pay full price for my take out which was stone cold by the time we got home. Completely unacceptable. Strongly recommend you avoid this place, not suitable for children, one of the staff’s Christmas T-shirt had sh1t written on it and had to explain to my 6yr old when she read it, that it was a swear word and to never repeat.
Holly
Holly from Brindley Place was amazing and I cannot thank her enough, amazing service and very very friendly, deserves the world x
bottomless brunch
My friends and I often go for the bottomless brunch, and it’s fantastic! Emin was attentive and quick with his service, the drinks are great, and food is yummy!
I can honestly say it was one of the…
I can honestly say it was one of the worse dining experiences ive ever had, out server was rude and completely disinterested Bristol Harbourside need to really shape up
They dumped us on this tiny tables at the back it took about 20 mins for them to ask if we wanted our compimentary cocktails, 6 of us ordered the alcoholic one and 2 the virgin ones. The non alcoholic came out fairly quickly however, we were sat waiting for ages for the alcoholic ones when they finally arrive there was so much ice they went watery quickly.
The starters took almost an hour to come out no one came to even apology for the delay, the mains took over 2 hours to come we had no cutlery and had to ask multiple times for someone to bring some.
We tried to order cocktails at the bar only to be told use the QR code on the table, there was no code the service was appalling again having to continually keep asking no apology was offered.
By this point everyone was starting to get a little bit annoyed it was gone 9:15 and the mains had started coming out now, we had preordered this some weeks in advance and pardon my french but it was a real shit show 2 of our party didnt even get their mains!!! No one seemed to care and continued to clean tablets half the food was bought out. Then they started serving other diners absolutely unnacceptable.
To make matters worse instead of the management coming over to try and sort out the many issues we had, this poor waitress had to try and come and deal with everything it was clear that no one gave a damn about our tables, they tried to offer us free cocktails i felt this was done very begrudginly too. Again these took so long and we had been in your restaurant for close to 3 hours and 2 of us still had no main course! the poor girl was so upset that she started to cry. In the end we all got so fed up we walked out, only for one of the staff to turn around and have the cheek to say have a nice evening!!!
To say i had to bite my tongue was an understatment… your staffs lack of care ruined the meal and the evening i have never had such terrible customer service in my life, i expect none of this party are charged for this absymal experience.
We actually paid for 3 courses however i imagine it would of been midnight, we would of still been waiting!
If i could rate zero i would one star feels too generous
Great

Lack of ownership or service
Since the Restaurant in middlebrook Bolton opened we have eaten in the restaurant at least once a month and had several deliveries. Tonight we ordered via Justeat with an expected delivery time of 20 to 25 mins. After 1 hour 40 mins I could see my driver was stationary so called the restaurant, I spoke to a guy who told me it left them an hour earlier and told me it was an issue with the delivery company. He did say he would contact them himself too and I never heard from him again. Food turned up ice cold 30 minutes later so 90 mins after leaving a restaurant for a 4 minute journey. He did explain the roads were gridlocked around the area which I would appreciate if they actually amended delivery times or turned off deliveries if they can't delivery hot food. So whilst they can't be blamed for traffic, they can be for both service and allowing orders they couldn't have delivered in time. It's a restaurant we won't visit again.
Centre Parcs Tesm
Centre Parcs -Tammy, Isobel, Sam the robot and all the team! Fantastic attention and we certainly enjoyed the extra birthday singalong ❤️
Food and drinks we’d served promptly even though the restaurant was very busy (food delicious too!)
Great Manager, Great Food
We had some problems initially with the order but the manager was amazing and sorted everything out. Food was amazing like always and even though mistakes were made the way the manager handled it was professional and will ensure we keep coming back!
Kyle @ center parcs Sherwood
Kyle @ center parcs Sherwood, 5***** service
Thank you 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Shocking service
Liverpool one : Had to wait 10 mins for them to clear a table for two , they cleared most tables as were not that busy . Just clear the one whilst you have customers waiting
Shown to our table told what was new then waitress walked away. 25 minutes later was asked if we would like drinks
Ordered drinks I could see the drinks on the bar 30 minutes later had to approach manager and state our drinks have been on the bar and we ordered them 30 mins ago
Food eventually arrived no problems with the food as it was gorgeous
Finished food and drinks sat for another 25 mins before waitress said have you finished your food ( both plates were empty So YES)
Walked away without even asking if we would like another drink
Put our coats on to get their attention 20 mins later asked for bill ( this was also incorrect )
Manager is miserable and useless so no wonder staff aren’t that good ( learnt behaviour)
Service was awful worst I’ve ever experienced such a pity as food was gorgeous

Do not waste money at Las Iguanas…
My wife and I visited the Las Iguanas Glasgow restaurant 12/10/24. On entry it was very noisy, more a cafe/pub than a restaurant. Our greeter was pleasant enough, that is probably the last bit of praise. Everyone was squeezed in like a cattle ranch. Drinks were ok but expensive, I had a beer and my wife had a mocktail, which came in a 300ml glass, mostly filled with ice and a splash of fruit juice, £5.95. Starters were edible but presentation was, well, very poor due to no effort. Main courses arrived, my wife had a curry and I had the mixed grill. I have seen bowls of spaghetti with better presentation. Chicken (if that is what it was) was water bloated, egg was like the rubber one from a joke shop, rice was scattered all over the plate and chips were also. We decided to skip desert! All to the tune of £96! I was actually waiting for someone to kick us up the backside as we left. Will definitely not be back.
