Great from start to finish highly recommend
Used Jack to book for Peru

Highly professional company. Well organised and their local agents in country were first class. We were able to enjoy a relatively complex schedule knowing that all the arrangements had been taken care of.

We had a fantastic time as a family of 6 in Peru, from rainforest to the mountain range. The people, the view, and fresh air, all amazing ! The app is very useful and local agent is very attentive in sending daily update about trip next day. A few issues regarding hotels check in and can’t find local agents at airport got sorted quite promptly as well.

We are also very glad that our luggage got transferred to Lima directly without the need of taking out and re check in at Miami as we have been told. Bit confusing as we were told differently but glad it worked.

Unfortunately there are some issues with hotel, such as the roof was leaking in the amazon eco
Lodge the night when it was raining, and the hotel in Cusco was tidy, where you can bearly walk in and out with no seating area. The photos shows a lot biggger in size, and if we knew it was so small, we would have to change or upgrade, as we r spending 3 nights especially after the Inca trail.

Overall it was a great holiday with Latin route, will recommend.

I was travelling alone but it did not feel like I was, the organisation of flights transport and meeting various guides, during my trip to Peru took away a lot of the stress and anxiety, so that I was able to enjoy a wonderful experience in Peru.

From our first telephone conversation with Latin Routes we felt confident. Our travel coordinator was Jack Lown and he wanted to know all our interests and priorities, so he could organise an initial plan and route for our Peru holiday. After a couple of changes the holiday was planned. We had an app from Latin Routes with our daily schedule, which was helpful. The on the ground team was Lima Tours and they were excellent providing outstanding guides and he holiday was seamless, even though whilst there, an internal flight had to be changed because of terminal closures, we were informed and Latin Routes sorted an alternative. We would happily use Latin Routes again because of their in depth knowledge, attention to detail. I am already talking to Jack Lown again about another trip; great service and care.

Our trip to Machu Picchu was a once in a lifetime experience arranged by Latin Routes to our specification and it did not disappoint. The hotels and excursions were well organised and every day delivered to our expectations. It was a magical holiday and we would definitely use them again.

Jack Lown at Latin Routes was brilliant. He was constructive and helpful in organising our trip, which gave us total trust with the Company. Their local partners in Chile were also excellent, contacting us daily through WhatsApp to advise on pick-up times at various locations Everything went smoothly and we had a great time in wonderful Chile

The best company from start to finish. Booked it a year in advance and changed things around with the truly great help of the best staff member ever - OLIVER PRYSE!!! Ask for him 100% you won’t be disappointed. This guy needs a raise. lol
We did the following and had the best staff ever who helped us get to and from airport and really helped with language barrier.
Iguazu falls - with rep Wes this was truly stunning 100% recommended on both sides 🇦🇷🇧🇷. He truly made the experience spectacular.
Maracanã stadium tour - love football so this experience was spectacular in Brazil.
Paragliding/hangliding experience - booked through concierge at Windsor California hotel. Truly stunning views and 100% recommended.
Football game at Carioca cup final - Flamengo v fluminense which was amazing and seriously if a footy fan a total must do in Brazil at maracana. Mengo won which was icing on cake. Christ redeemer and sugarloaf - truly stunning 40th experience if there’s one tour to do this is it.
Historic tour and Selaron steps - 100% great experience with Jane who was a lovely host.
Favela and rainforest tour - booked through concierge and a great experience with Lila Who made this so good. The jeep tour was so good and truly better with the things on show and warmth felt.
Cannot thank Latin routes enough with the hotels booked - Santa hotel and Copacabana Windsor I can’t have wished for a better experience. Then as for the app which sorts and helps with check ins and also sorts which baggage carousel you will be at which is so so so good with the experience. I would 100% book again for another holiday as they were superb they can’t help enough.

Organisation was brilliant from start to finish - both with help in planning the itinerary and the amazing support and information provided by the partner companies in Chile. The app with all the information and flight reminders and sightseeing/restaurant suggestions was brilliant too!

I travel quite a lot to different countries, and to certain ones, I tend to go for an organized, tailor made trip, especially where there is a language barrier.
I'm my case and since I was solo, this was more the case, so I opted for a personal tour .
Made a lot of contacts , prior to choosing Latin routes, but in my case , being from Malta , I felt more at ease doing this trip from a UK agent , instead of one from USA or Argentina itself.....mostly it's the language and the time difference between Malta and UK ,
This , I consider an important factor in my decision making.
I did not fault choosing Latin routes.
Me and Paul mason organised the whole trip together without any issues.
Support was 💯 ...response always swift.
I am planning Costa rica,and I will be making all necessary arrangements to fetch their services again.

Costa Rica is amazing. Latin Routes planned our holiday perfectly. We were two single ladies travelling in Costa Rica. The accommodation selected by Latin Routes was great. All of our transfers were organised with good quality vehicles and great drivers. The tours were fantastic with knowledgeable guides and small tour numbers. We will definitely use Latin Routes again

It's my first time using Latin Routes and it definitley won't be my last. I travelled extensively through Chile and Argentina and I cannot fault the service I received throughout the whole process. From my initial enquiry, through to booking and then the holiday itself I received exceptional service. The agent I spoke to was knowledgeable and he made a number of suggestions to ensure I got the best out of my trip. The hotels were all of a good standard, the excursions were really enjoyable and the support I received on the ground from the local agents was very impressive. I can highly reccomend Latin Routes for any trips to Central and South America.

Latin Routes were very helpful in organising this trip for us and gave great advice on where to go etc. The transfers/pick-ups/guides were always on time, good and seamless. I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to go to Latin America. In our 3 weeks of travelling through Peru we did not experience any problems. A great adventure. Thank you.

I can’t rate this company highly enough.
We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The booking and scheduling was great and totally tailored to what we wanted to do in the time available. The app with the daily information was invaluable once we were in Peru. The local travel contacts were always checking in on us. The drivers, guides, trips, dinners and hotels were all brilliant.
