I can’t rate this company highly enough.
We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The booking and scheduling was great and totally tailored to what we wanted to do in the time available. The app with the daily information was invaluable once we were in Peru. The local travel contacts were always checking in on us. The drivers, guides, trips, dinners and hotels were all brilliant. I’ve already recommended this company to others and would absolutely use again for another trip to South America

The trip they designed was just perfect. And Jack, who was my contact there was brilliant. I needed to make a few changes along the way as we were designing it and he couldn't have been more helpful and responsive.

We wanted to visit Chile and to be able to see as much as possible within the time we had available (18 days). Michelle put together an amazing itinerary for us, which turned out perfectly. All of our hotels, trips, pick ups and experiences worked out incredibly well. This enabled us to concentrate on having a great time in a spectacular and truly beautiful country. This is second Latin Routes experience and we would recommend them highly.

I am planning a once-in-a-lifetime holiday to Argentina & Chile and felt that the complexity of this 2.5 week family holiday was too much to organise & book everything by myself.

Mr Kevin Marsh, who looked and looks after me, listened to me, eg what the main purpose of the holiday is, our likes and dislikes etc. and he executed it to perfection. Exactly what I had in mind for me and my family.

We wanted to visit the Welsh settlement in Patagonia as well as visiting other areas in Argentina. Latin Routes did just this for us. All flights, trips and transfers were all done and paid for before we set off, Paul our consultant was extremely friendly and informative. We would definitely book with them again.

This was our first trip to South America so we decided to work with Latin Routes. Our consultant Paul was very helpful in discussing our plans and giving us options. Overall the trip was a great experience and we were very happy with the itinerary and the detail.

I have just booked another trip to Paraguay and Uruguay, the first one being a trip to Colombia and Bogota with the fantastic Alex Wessley. He was so knowledgeable and really was so helpful and quick at putting together my itinerary. Alex was so good with his response each time I had a question prior to booking.
I would not hesitate in booking with Latin Routes again, great service once again thank you.

Just to add to the last review i again travelled to Argentina with Latin Routes and Nicole again sorted out the trip, everything again worked like clockwork from the transfers to the flights and hotel check ins, margarita was again a pleasure to talk to i would like to visit other parts of South America in future and would not even think about another company, these are the absolute best.

Latin Routes recently arranged our trip to Peru. I will definitely be using them again. Everything was perfect. Every transfer, flight, hotel and activity was superbly executed together with Lima tours. Their app is quite brilliant, with every detail of your itinerary outlined. Fabulous!

I wanted to offer thanks to Paul at Latin Routes who worked really hard to come up with a suitable package to Peru for us. Although in the end we've agreed a package with a competitor, Paul went the extra mile to meet our requirements and expectations, and his knowledge of less well-travelled parts of Peru was impressive. I would certainly consider using Latin Routes for any future travel to Latin America, and enjoyed my interactions with Paul.

Nicole at Latin Routes helped us plan a fantastic adventure around several South American countries. The transfers and guides were always where they were expected to be and the hotels were all really nice. There were a few specific hotels and activities that we wanted to include which were not in the brochure but Latin Routes happily arranged for us. When we had a problem with some cancelled flights whilst out there, Nicole sorted things out and minimised the disruption it caused us. Not the cheapest way to do South America, but a very good service and we would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Peru! Julia has been amazing and has organised a perfect trip to visit most of this amazing country and suit our needs! Everything was just perfect, the hotels chosen by Julia were exactly what we were hoping for, the whole trip was smooth, we had our guides waiting for us at every step, everyone was pleasant, friendly, could not have asked for a better trip.

Do not miss the cooking class in Cusco! It was an amazing experience!
Would definitely love to go back and will surely ask Julia to plan our next trip to South America soon .

Look no further if you are planning to go to South America. My dream was to spend my 50th Birthday, that fell in June, in Patagonia. After the first video call,Sarah came back with a superb itinerary that also gave my husband and I the opportunity to see the highlights of Chile. The trip was a clockwork, the guides were excellent and we felt really pampered in the beautiful hotels recommended.

It started with my first contact with Latin Routes. Jack Lown was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him. He listened to what I wanted from the holiday and produced an exciting itinerary for my Granddaughter and myself.
After I booked he was on hand to deal with my queries. However trivial.
The holiday went exactly as planned. The hotels were excellent. The organisation of the travel in Peru, the tours and visits were brilliant. We could not have beaten it.
My Granddaughter and I are already deep in discussions as to where Jack and Latin Routes are taking us next year.

A lot of time was spent planning and it was well worth and surpassed what we were expecting!
The Amazon was amazing and the sight of Machu Picchu, while the Peruvian Nattional Anthem played was a special memory !
Quito is now on the list of my favourite cities!

We have never dealt with a company as good as Latin Routes - even better than the company that arranged our trips to China and India. Though they were also very good there wasn’t the attention to every single detail that we found with Latin Routes.From the moment we met Julia Ross in her Kingston office we knew this trip to Chile, Bolivia and Peru was going to be very special. Every hotel was brilliant, all the guides were fantastic and all the pickups went smoothly. All but a few of our tours were private so we had time to ask the very knowledgeable guides lots of questions. We are in our 80s and felt very well looked after with the whole trip tailored to our needs and requests. The trip of a lifetime and hopefully we’ll be planning another trip with this fabulous company in the future.Thank you Julia and Latin Routes!

A huge thank you to Sarah for organising such an amazing two week holiday to Costa Rica. We had to slightly adjust our first tour due to a flight diversion but Latin Routes arranged this effortlessly!
