I recently found GoFun on my ADP payroll page and decided to utilize their service. I used it for a Sam's membership, which does work. Just follow the prompts. The deals and discounts are true savings. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fully use the discount because I had a prior membership some while ago and forgot about it. They quickly refunded me and I decided to make another purchase for something else due to the outstanding customer service.

AMC customer service was able to get back to me within an hour when I fat fingered my email address to my redemption code.

customer support is really great i had purchased a sam’s club membership and had some issues due to user error. they helped me out and told me exactly what the issue was and all i had to do was delete the sam’s club app before redeeming my membership. their response time is perfect i was expecting to wait a while for a response but they got back every time in less than an hour. i would 100% use the GoFun again.

Ran into an issue due to my credit card company cancelling a transaction (because I bought so many at 15% off the face value). So I emailed support, not expecting a quick response since it was Memorial Day, but they fixed it within half an hour!

When I received the product key, it indicated that it was already active. However, I had not activated the software. Do I contacted customer support via email on Memorial Day and got an immediate response with a path that I was able to activate the software without delay. I felt like the customer support team went above and beyond to assist with my issue!

I ordered the Microsoft package but when it came to downloading I couldn’t do it as my computer is in secure mode. If I cancel secure mode I can’t get back in. So I emailed the company and explained everything and asked for a refund. They were very prompt in canceling and refunding my order. Their customer service is top notch!
