Amazing helpful I entered the incorrect email address at first they were able to reset it for me. Then I was having browser issue and they helped me as well quick on responding to emails.

In 2024, I purchased a one time license for MS Office 2021 Plus. It worked fine on my desktop PC until I changed out the motherboard and processor in prep for Windows 11 Pro. It became “unlicensed.” I sent them an email explaining the problem. Within just a day, they provided a new license code which solved the problem. Great tech support!

I had a problem with a code. I emailed their "awesome customer service" right away, and it really was awesome! They responded immediately, were friendly and fixed it right then. There were several emails going back and forth and they were always quick to reply. I am very happy with them!

I am blown away by how great Launchingdeals are. My first time using them. I mistakenly bought Windows version of 2021 Microsoft Office for my Mac. I messaged their customer support and they cancelled my order. The Mac version installed totally fine, instructions were clear, links worked. Can’t praise them, and prompt customer support team enough.

Emailed customer service regarding my voucher that I had no clue what happen. I emailed them and within 10 minutes the found it and emailed it to me. Now that is what I call great customer service.

I had some troubles with redeeming my code, I'm busy and sometimes take a long while to catch up on my emails and they never lost contact with me even when I took some days to answer. They were able to help me so don't hesitate to reach out to them they will answer you and guide you.
