Charged for account I couldn't access due to "passcode."
I was unable to access my account due to a password. So I was being billed for an account I couldn't cancel and when I logged into my account it showed me only one subscription as canceled. I had to call during business hours to finally get ahold of someone and cancel the subscription. Also was told it was my fault the additional charges came out of my account because I didn't put in a pass code and that I should have called earlier. The lady was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
So disappointed as this company caused more stress in an already difficult time of life.

To help prevent situations like this, we also send an email at sign-up with a direct link to create or set your password, along with full access instructions.
Regarding the subscription itself, your account was enrolled in a 7-day free trial, which automatically renews into a monthly plan (between $39–$54 plus applicable taxes) unless cancelled before the trial ends. A confirmation email was sent at the time of registration outlining the trial period, renewal date, and how to cancel or contact support.
We’re also very sorry to hear about your interaction with our support team. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback will be reviewed internally to ensure we improve.

LawDepot advertise very low fees to register a corporation something like $99, however when you go to their website and start your registration the cost is kept hidden from you. They start collecting informationm page after page and wasting your time, when it is time to pay this is where you will find out that the true minimal cost exceed the advertised cost by at least 400% to 500%, this should be illegal and this business is run by a shred business people who think they can screw average Joe and get away with it. Therefore it is a dishonest and untrusted business to deal with.

I googled something and Law Depot came…
I googled something and Law Depot came up as a resource. I answered a few questions , entered my email, but NO billing information or password was entered. I realized that this was not the information that I was looking for, so I exited the page and moved on. NO account was created. Next thing I know, my bank was charged $39.90 !!! I called the company, she said she didn't show an account for me (duh?) and wanted me to give her the first 4 numbers and last 4 numbers of my credit card. i told her i would only give the last 4 numbers. Why would I give a company that has just ripped me off even more credit card info that the last 4 numbers? She said there was only a 50% chance that would work. Of course she could't find anything. Now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge with my bank! DO NOT EVEN LOOK AT THIS COMPANYS WEBSITE! They'll somehow rip you off!!!

I used this service in August 2023 for a travel template for my daughter to travel as a minor, this company has since taken £33 a month form my credit card (which i renewed twice in the interim) and continued to extract money form me without ever once communicating with me. This is scandalous and appalling. How can this be allowed? I demand a repayment immediately.
